<h2><strong>Best FPL captain for Double Gameweek 37: The candidates</strong></h2>
<p>Going for <strong>Cole Palmer (£6.2m)</strong> over <strong>Erling Haaland (£14.1m)</strong> killed me last week but luckily the remainder of my squad kept me in the game. Hopefully you took the sensible option of Haaland.</p>
<p>There are just two weeks to go now. Again, it feels like Haaland is not only the best but the safest choice but if you’re looking to take a punt, who should you go for? These candidates are also good transfer targets if you don’t already have them.</p>

<h2 style="text-align: left;">Best FPL captain for Double Gameweek 37: Players' records</h2>
<p><strong>Haaland </strong>- Bagged a hat-trick in the reverse fixture against Fulham and scored in both games last season. He blanked the last away game against Spurs but that's the only time he's blanked against them.</p>
<p><strong>Son </strong>- Scored a hat-trick in the reverse fixture against Burnley. He also double returned in the reverse game against Manchester City. He tends to score at home against them.</p>
<p><strong>Foden </strong>- Recorded an assist in the reverse fixture against Fulham and scored in the match against Spurs. This season he's evolved to become a first-team regular and his historic output doesn't truly reflect his current role in the team.</p>
<p><strong>Isak</strong> - Has a terrible record against both opponents.</p>
<p><strong>Palmer </strong>- Didn’t start in the reverse fixture against either opponent.</p>
