With FPL Double Gameweek 29 at the halfway point, we take a look at the latest situation on yellow cards and who&#8217;s on or near a two-game ban for receiving 10 cautions in the Premier League.

<h2>What are the rules on yellow cards?</h2>
Players who received five yellow cards in their sides&#8217; first 19 games had to serve a one-match ban.
But now we are well past that milestone and it is ten bookings which is the focus.
Picking up 10 yellows by a players&#8217; 32nd game will see them miss two games.
This must be served in the Premier League &#8211; and not in the FA Cup if their teams are still involved.
<h2>Who&#8217;s received 10 yellow cards so far this season?</h2>
Joao Palhinha and Joelinton have both served their bans after reaching the 10 cards mark.
Ruben Neves joined them in Gameweek 29 and will be absent for Wolves&#8217; games in Gameweek 30 and 31.

<h2>Who&#8217;s near 10 yellow cards and a two-match ban in FPL?</h2>
Ivan Toney has been the main concern for FPL managers in recent weeks, just one booking away from a suspension.
The Brentford forward was cautioned in his second game of Double Gameweek 27 but has survived two games since without going into the book.

<h2>Who is currently suspended for receiving a red card?</h2>
<a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/casemiro-red-card-fpl-impact">Casemiro </a>received his second red card of the season in Gameweek 27 and was handed a four-match ban.
One of these games was served in the FA Cup and the Brazilian will be able to return in Gameweek 31.
Wolves defender Jonny, sent off in Gameweek 28 against Leeds, is due back in Gameweek 32.
Everton&#8217;s Abdoulaye Doucoure was sent off against Tottenham Hotspur in Gameweek 29 for raising his hand to Harry Kane&#8217;s face. He will not be available against until Gameweek 33.
The same game saw Spurs substitute Lucas Moura red carded for a dangerous tackle on Michael Keane. He will also not be eligible for a league return until Gameweek 33, although he has not been a regular for his club in any case.
And finally, Aleksandar Mitrovic is serving an eight-match ban after the FA punished him for his conduct in his FA Cup quarter-final sending-off.
