<h2 style="text-align: left;">Best FPL captain for Gameweek 9: Players' records</h2>
<p>Here are some notable records for our captaincy candidates:</p>
<p><strong>Watkins</strong> - Has returned in each of his last three matches against Bournemouth. He's never blanked a home game against them.</p>
<p><strong>Palmer</strong> - Picked up both returns in the home game last season.</p>
<p><strong>Son</strong> - Scored in both matches last season and has only blanked once in his last seven against Palace.</p>
<p><strong>Haaland</strong> and <strong>Mbeumo</strong> haven't played against the promoted sides yet.</p>
<p>I have looked at an additional player just to highlight his sensational record against the opposition:</p>
<p><strong>Johnson</strong> - Only played for less than 30 minutes in both matches last season but still picked up three assists.</p>
