<p>There&#8217;s just a few weeks left in Fantasy Premier League (FPL) &#8211; but when are the best times to use your remaining chips?</p>
<p>With the final fixture arrangements announced on Tuesday (April 28), FPL managers can now plan to the end of the season.</p>

<h2>What&#8217;s the fixture schedule for the rest of the season?</h2>
<p>Here&#8217;s what&#8217;s left to come in the final stages of the FPL season 2025/26:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Gameweek 35: </strong>Normal gameweek</li>
<li><strong>Double Gameweek 36: </strong>Manchester City and Crystal Palace play twice</li>
<li><strong>Gameweek 37: </strong>Normal gameweek</li>
<li><strong>Gameweek 38: </strong>Normal gameweek</li>
</ul>
<p>Double Gameweek 36 has been formed after City&#8217;s match against Palace was postponed in Gameweek 31. The two teams will play the following fixtures:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Manchester City:</strong> Brentford (H) and Crystal Palace (H)</li>
<li><strong>Crystal Palace: </strong>Everton (H) and Manchester City (A)</li>

<h2>FPL chips: When is best to play the remaining chips?</h2>
<p>FPL managers had two sets up chips to use &#8211; one in either half of the season.</p>
<p>With <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/fpl-blank-double-gameweek-guide">blank and double gameweeks</a> influencing strategy in the second part of the campaign, many managers have already used some or all of their chips.</p>
<p>But for those who still have some in hand, here are some of the best options:</p>
<h3>Wildcard</h3>
<p>With just four weeks left, using your Wildcard sooner rather than later is a good idea to get the most out of it.</p>
<p>Timing it depends on chips left. If you have something else to use, playing it ahead of Gameweek 35 is sensible.</p>
<p>This allows you to use another chip in Double Gameweek 36.</p>
<p>If you don&#8217;t have anything left, delaying it until the double enables you to avoid Palace&#8217;s away fixture against Bournemouth and see if Europe continues to be a distraction for them.</p>
<p>Rotation could be a factor in the league should the Eagles progress to the final of the Europa Conference League.</p>
<p>Their semi-final ties take place ahead of Gameweek 35 and 36, with the final three days after Gameweek 38.</p>

<h3>Triple Captain</h3>
<p>City&#8217;s two home games makes their players strong candidates for this chip, with 24 goal <strong>Erling Haaland </strong>the best of the bunch.</p>
<p>Differential options include <strong>Antoine Semenyo</strong>, <strong>Rayan Cherki </strong>or even defender <strong>Marc Guehi</strong>, although Haaland will be the big favourite among the masses.</p>
<p>An Arsenal asset against Burnley (H) in Gameweek 37 is an alternative, however it&#8217;s difficult to recommend a single-gameweek player with a City home double on the cards.</p>

<h3>Bench Boost</h3>
<p>This chip is highly team dependent.</p>
<p>Looking through your options in our <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/my-team/pick">My Team tool</a> is a good starting point &#8211; optimise your team to see what our AI suggests for your bench in the remaining weeks.</p>
<p>Double Gameweek 36 is an option if you don&#8217;t have the Triple Captain left, while Gameweek 35 offers good match-ups for the likes of Leeds and Sunderland, who have plenty of budget enablers on the fringes of many FPL teams.</p>
<h3>Free Hit</h3>
<p>This is another chip that very much depends on individual teams.</p>
<p>Double Gameweek 36 is again a potential window, with the advantage of hopping on three Palace players you think will start both games amid European action.</p>
<p>Gameweek 38 is often a goal-fest and could be a way to end the season on a high, targeting teams who still have something to play for, particularly if their opponents are &#8216;on the beach&#8217;.</p>
