<p>Following an injury to <strong>Diogo Jota (£7.3m)</strong>, Liverpool are currently short of options in the striker position.</p>
<p>Darwin Nunez was a substitute as the Reds were 3-2 Carabao Cup victors over Brighton in midweek, and Arne Slot didn't even field a starting striker, with <strong>Curtis Jones (£5.3m) </strong>and <strong>Dominik Szoboszlai (£6.4m) </strong>sharing the responsibility from attacking midfield positions.</p>
<p>In the Premier League however, the Uruguayan is expected to start for as long as Jota is out due to the lack of competition, with Slot seemingly using <strong>Cody Gakpo (£7.1m) </strong>exclusively as a left winger.</p>

<p>Nunez has made a good start to life under the new manager despite a lack of game time, with some positive signs of refinement to his passing and finishing, alongside his trademark pressing from the front.</p>
<p>He offers a significant saving on <strong>Mohamed Salah (£12.7m) </strong>who isn't far from double the price of his teammate, and will benefit from starting consistently in a central position where Salah tends to drift slightly wider.</p>
<p>Nunez is sitting on two attacking returns from his three Premier League starts this season, which came against Arsenal, Chelsea, and Bournemouth.</p>
<p>Now set for a run in the side, the prospect of two games at Anfield followed by a trip to Southampton is tantalising for prospective Nunez owners.</p>

<p>Delivering a solid 25 points in his last four games, Rayan Ait-Nouri's ownership is on the rise.</p>
<p>Despite Wolves failing to register a clean sheet this campaign, Ait-Nouri continues to rack up points in defence thanks to his attacking contributions.</p>
<p>This includes three goals and one assist across the last four, a record that most strikers would be happy with - let alone a £4.6m defender.</p>

<p>Of course we can't expect the Algeria international to keep returning points at this rate, but importantly Wolves are coming off the back of an extremely difficult run of fixtures.</p>
<p>They have already played Manchester City, Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea, and are yet to face a 'favourable' home game.</p>
<p>Heading into Gameweek 10, that's about to change, as Crystal Palace travel to Molineux having just grabbed their first win of the season.</p>
<p>With Southampton at home to follow, it's safe to assume that Ait-Nouri won't be a differential pick by the time Gameweek 11 comes around.</p>

<p>Manchester United have appointed a new manager heading into Gameweek 10, and there could be a bounce at Old Trafford following the departure of Erik ten Hag.</p>
<p>Ruud van Nistelrooy will take charge this weekend as he did in midweek, before new manager Ruben Amorim eventually takes his place at the helm.</p>
<p>It's been a long time coming considering United's form, but one bright spot among the disappointment this season has been the form of Alejandro Garnacho.</p>
<p>The Argentina international produced a goal and assist against Leicester during van Nistelrooy's first game in charge, and he has been extremely lively over the last three gameweeks - only <strong>Brennan Johnson (£6.7m) </strong>has taken more shots in the box among midfielders.</p>

<p>United now come into a decent run of games, which begins with Chelsea at home - a fixture that United have typically had no problem finding the back of the net in.</p>
<p>That's followed by back-to-back fixtures against newly promoted sides, with United facing Leicester at home and Ipswich away.</p>
<p>With this enticing pair of fixtures bookended by home games against Everton and Chelsea, it's no wonder Garnacho's ownership is creeping up given his recent performances - this week is likely to be the last time he is a differential option for a while.</p>
