<h3><strong>Bruno Fernandes (£8.2m) – Manchester United </strong><strong>–</strong><strong> 8.3% owned</strong></h3>

<p>Bruno Fernandes has seen an upturn in form since the departure of Erik Ten Hag, and Manchester United are now heading into an outstanding block of fixtures.</p>
<p>United play host to Leicester this weekend before travelling to Ipswich the following gameweek, and it's usually of FPL relevance when a team faces two promoted sides back-to-back.</p>
<p>This pair of games could hardly come at a better time for both Fernandes and United, with the midfielder unsurprisingly looking reinvigorated following the appointment of Portuguese manager Ruben Amorim.</p>

<p>Fernandes returned 10 points against Chelsea last gameweek, thanks to a goal from a familiar source, as he duly converted from the penalty spot.</p>
<p>His status as United's set-piece specialist is a big part of his FPL appeal, and while it remains to be seen the exact position he will play under Amorim, the Portugal international is capable of thriving in a variety of midfield roles - and appears to offer consistent creativity regardless.</p>
<p>Those who plump for Fernandes in FPL will be hoping he is pushed forward as much as possible under the new manager, but the signs are already positive despite United's rocky start to the season.</p>
<p>Among midfielders, only <strong>Mohamed Salah (£12.8m)</strong>, <strong>Cole Palmer (£11.0m)</strong>, and <strong>Bryan Mbeumo (£7.9m) </strong>can better Fernandes' expected points so far this season - which suggests that some better finishing from his teammates could see a turn in FPL fortunes for the United skipper.</p>

<h3><strong>Yoane Wissa (£6.1m) – Brentford </strong><strong>–</strong><strong> 5.9% owned</strong></h3>

<p>Brentford have looked like a real force in attack this season, with only three sides scoring more goals than the Bees so far - Manchester City, Spurs and Chelsea.</p>
<p>At the tip of the spear for Thomas Frank is Yoane Wissa, who made an instant impact on his return from injury, and the DR Congo international now has six attacking returns in six starts this campaign.</p>
<p>It's easy to forget the significance of Ivan Toney's departure in the Summer, but despite Wissa leading the line for such an attacking side, his ownership remains relatively low at around 6%.</p>

<p>As you can see, he now faces an enticing run of three that will be catching the eye of many astute FPL managers.</p>
<p>Interestingly, all but one of Wissa's returns this season have come at home - the outlier being his goal at the Etihad Stadium.</p>
<p>Teammate Bryan Mbeumo is already incredibly popular ahead of this run, and is even under consideration for the <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/best-fpl-captain-for-gameweek-11-2024-25/">captain's armband</a> this week, and you may not gain much of an edge from Brentford's attacking performances owning Mbeumo alone.</p>
<p>Wissa has the potential to match Mbeumo's open play threat level at a lower price point, and he will hope to be the man on the end of the many chances created by the Cameroon international.</p>

<h3><strong>Jorgen Strand Larsen (£5.6m) – Wolves </strong><strong>–</strong><strong> 2.7% owned</strong></h3>

<p>Jorgen Strand Larsen looks to be finding his feet in the Premier League, having produced five attacking returns in 10 starts so far.</p>
<p>This tally is in spite of the fact that Wolves have had a historically difficult run of fixtures to open the season, and it is a stark contrast to the fixture run to come.</p>
<p>Gary O'Neil's team have already faced Manchester City, Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea, as well as difficult trips to Aston Villa and a defensively robust Nottingham Forest side.</p>
<p>Now their fixtures look more than promising, and this gameweek against a leaky Southampton side certainly appears to be the best entry point.</p>

<p>Strand Larsen provides managers with a cheaper alternative to the more popular <strong>Matheus Cunha (£6.7m) </strong>with the Brazilian boasting the undeniable perk of taking penalties for this Wolves side.</p>
<p>Despite this, the Norwegian is generally operating as the most advanced forward, and there's even an argument to go for the double-up along with Cunha.</p>
<p>Three of Strand Larsen's four goals have come at home, which bodes well for the Southampton game, but he has also converted against more difficult opposition - including Chelsea and Manchester City.</p>
<p>The game against Pep Guardiola's side showcased Strand Larsen at his most effective, with the Wolves man rewarded for his tireless performance with 9 FPL points, including 3 bonus.</p>
