<h2><strong>Best FPL Forwards for Gameweek 2</strong></h2>

Alexander Isak (£8.5m) – Newcastle United</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Fixture: Bournemouth (a)</strong></p>
<p>Isak got an assist in Gameweek 1, despite Newcastle United being down to 10 men. He could well have had a lot more if it was 11 vs 11 for the whole game.</p>
<p>Newcastle have another decent fixture this week against Bournemouth, and one in which Isak will be the most likely to pick up points.</p>
<p>Eddie Howe's team scored the fourth-most goals (85) last term and also recorded the fourth best xG (78.41) so are very good in the final third.</p>
<p>Isak is their talisman now without a doubt, especially with <strong>Callum Wilson (£7.0m)</strong> out injured for a while. The Swede will be on penalties in his absence.</p>
<p>Bournemouth conceded the fifth most goals (67) last season, so the Magpies should have plenty of joy.</p>

<h3><strong>Kai Havertz (£8.0m) – Arsenal</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Fixture: Aston Villa (a)</strong></p>
<p>Kai Havertz looked promising in Gameweek 1 as he started as the number 9, played 90 minutes and grabbed a goal and assist.</p>
<p>There was some doubt about where he would play, as in pre-season <strong>Gabriel Jesus (£7.0m) </strong>got minutes up top while Havertz played in midfield.</p>
<p>Like last season, I think he will be nailed in this team and should continue to play up front.</p>
<p>Arsenal play Aston Villa away, which isn't an easy fixture by any stretch of the imagination.</p>
<p>However, Mikel Arteta's team are one of the best teams in the league and create plenty of chances, so it's very likely they will score at least one.</p>
<p>They were one of the best attacking sides in the league last season, and scored 91 goals (second) with an xG of 78.82 (third).</p>
<p>Despite the tough fixture, Havertz will get chances in this game and he is their main goal threat right now. The fact the German played 90 minutes last game is also very encouraging.</p>

<h3><strong>Dominic Solanke (£7.5m) – Tottenham Hotspur</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Fixture: Everton (H)</strong></p>
<p>Dominic Solanke was thrown straight into the mix in Gameweek 1, and played the full game which will be very encouraging for his owners.</p>
<p>Spurs created plenty of chances against Leicester and this will no doubt be a sign of things to come and Solanke will get the majority of them.</p>
<p>He has another fine opportunity to get his first goal for Spurs here, and is among the favourites to score at any time in Gameweek 2 at 43%.</p>
<p>Solanke is a proven goalscorer in the Premier League, and he won't get many better fixtures this season to get his debut goal for his new club.</p>
<p>Spurs are great going forward, and their attacking players are good options against any opposition.</p>

<h3><strong>Erling Haaland (£15.0m) – Manchester City</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Fixture: Ipswich (H)</strong></p>
<p>It didn't take long for Erling Haaland to get off the mark, as he registered his first goal of the season against Chelsea last gameweek.</p>
<p>There will be plenty more to come and you would imagine he can get more than a couple against Ipswich.</p>
<p>Manchester City are the best team in the league and they are at 67% (first) to score 2.5+ goals and the Norwegian is also at 66% (first) to score at any time.</p>
<p>With a full week's rest, I don't see why he won't play 90 minutes again. He is by far the best option this week, and it's not even close.</p>
<p>Haaland is nailed to start, on penalties and will score the most goals for his side as long as he stays fit.</p>
<p>According to our <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/predictions">Hub AI Tool</a> he is the highest predicted scoring player overall (8.7 points) for Gameweek 2.</p>

<h3><strong>Rodrigo Muniz (£6.0m) – Nottingham Forest</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Fixture: Leicester City (H)</strong></p>
<p>Muniz had his breakthrough year last season, returning nine goals and two assists in only 18 starts.</p>
<p>All his goals came from Gameweek 23 onwards, when he established himself as a first-team regular, and he is still ahead of <strong>Raul Jimenez (£5.5m)</strong> in the pecking order.</p>
<p>Muniz is Fulham's talisman – the Brazilian had a 34 percent goal involvement, which was the highest in his side.</p>
<p>Fulham have one of their best fixtures of the season as they welcome Leicester City to Craven Cottage.</p>
<p>Marco Silva's team will be strong favourites to win this, and won't get many better opportunities in the season to get three points. Muniz is at a healthy 38% to score anytime against the Foxes too.</p>
<p>He is also the third highest predicted scoring forward (5.4 points) for Gameweek 2 according to <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/predictions">Hub AI.</a></p>
