<h2 style="text-align: left;">Best FPL players for Double Gameweek 25</h2>
<h3>Erling Haaland (£14.4m) – Manchester City</h3>
Fixture: Chelsea (H) and Brentford (H)
Erling Haaland now has 16 goals and six assists this season, with two goals and one assist coming in his last two starts.
His fitness is of no concern now either, as he played the full 90 minutes plus 10 minutes of stoppage time last gameweek.
Manchester City have a double in Gameweek 25, against Chelsea and Brentford. Both fixtures are at home, and they will be strong favourites to win both.
City are the best team in the league, and have scored the most goals (56) with an xG of 46.37 (fourth).
The bookmakers also have them as 48% and 55% to score 2.5+ goals in their two fixtures respectively.
Haaland has scored the most goals in the league, and has the highest xG by far (16.57). This combined with two home fixtures for City means he is likely going to be a popular Triple Captain option this week, and rightfully so.
He is nailed to start, on penalties and at a massive 84% to score at any time over the two double gameweek matches. It’s very unlikely we will get a better chance to use our Triple Captain chip this season.

<h3>Darwin Nunez (£7.6m) – Liverpool</h3>
Fixture: Brentford (A) and Luton (H)
Darwin Nunez now has eight goals and nine assists in 15 starts, with an xG of 11.97 and an xA of 3.34.
Liverpool also have a double in Gameweek 25, and a good one too. They play Brentford (A) and Luton (H) and Jurgen Klopp’s men will no doubt be looking to score a few in both fixtures.
They have one of the best attacks in the league, scoring 55 goals (second) with an xG of 53.59 (first). Their second game against Luton is especially enticing, as the Hatters have conceded 45 goals (eighteenth) with an xGC of 46.2 (nineteenth).
The Reds have a 42% and 58% of scoring 2.5+ goals in their respective fixtures too.
Despite the stigma around Nunez, his underlying numbers are actually great.  The Uruguayan is a chance magnet, and will get plenty of opportunities to score over the double.
He is also in Klopp’s first-choice 11, so should get plenty of minutes too.
I also think Nunez will remain on penalties despite missing his last one. He scored 12 out 12 before the last one, so has a good record.
He is the second favourite to score at any time (74%) in Double Gameweek 25 over the two games.

<h3>Diogo Jota (£8.2m) – Liverpool</h3>
Fixture: Brentford (A) and Luton (H)
Diogo Jota has five goals and three assists in his last five league games, and is one of the in-form players in the league.
He is also getting plenty of minutes, playing 90 minutes thrice in his last four starts.
The fixtures for Liverpool are great from an attacking point of view, and Jota is one of the best finishers in this team.
He should also get plenty of minutes during the double as Mohamed Salah (£13.0m) still hasn’t been involved in full team training.
Given his performances lately, there is very little chance he will get dropped, and he should continue to thrive in the front three.
The Portuguese has nine goals and five assists in 12 starts this season, and he will no doubt add to these tallies if he continues getting starts.
Jota comes in at 61% to score at any time over the two matches in Double Gameweek 25, and he is an option who also has assist threat.

<h3>Phil Foden (£8.0m) – Manchester City</h3>
Fixture: Chelsea (H) and Brentford (H)
Phil Foden has been one of the most reliable attackers for Manchester City this season. He has started the last 12 games and played the most minutes among the City midfielders (1860).
The England international has eight goals and seven assists in 21 league starts, with an xG of 5.6 and an xA of 4.1.
His underlying numbers are good, and he seems to be in Pep Guardiola’s good books at the moment.
This should mean more playing time in the coming weeks, and I think apart from Haaland, he is the most likely to play the most minutes over the double from the City attack.
He can play in numerous positions across the front three, which helps his expected minutes and with his hat-trick against Brentford in Gameweek 23, we know he is capable of a big haul.
Foden has two good home games, and City should get plenty of chances.
He is rated at 46% to score at any time during Double Gameweek 25, and our <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/predictions">Hub AI Tool</a> ranks him as the sixth highest predicted scoring player (10.1 points).

<h3>Ivan Toney (£8.2m) – Brentford</h3>
Fixture: Liverpool (H) and Manchester City (H)
Since Ivan Toney’s return from his ban, the forward has three goals and one assist in just four games. His long lay-off clearly hasn’t affected his goalscoring instincts.
Brentford have a double gameweek next, but it’s almost as tough as it comes — Liverpool (H) and Manchester City (a).
Thomas Frank’s men have been okay going forward. They have scored 34 goals (tenth) with an xG of 39.39 (ninth) so are pretty much mid-table according to the stats.
The issue is they come up against two very good defensive teams, and they will do well to score here.
However, I think Toney is still a good option for the double. He is one of the talismanic players in the league, and is nailed to start and on penalties.
If the Bees score, he is very likely to be involved in one way or another.
Toney scored 20 league goals in 33 games for Brentford last season, with a Goal Involvement of 51% in the games he played.
He is a proven Premier League goalscorer and it’s no surprise that Brentford are much better going forward with him in the side.
Toney is rated at a healthy 48% to score at any time in Double Gameweek 25, and our <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/predictions">Hub AI Tool</a> ranks him as the fourth highest predicted scorer (11.0 points).
