<h2><strong>Best FPL Players for Gameweek 12</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>Mohamed Salah (£12.9m) – Liverpool</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Fixture: Brentford (H)</strong></p>
<p>Mohamed Salah registered a rare blank last gameweek, but has another good fixture this week to add to his eight goals and four assists.</p>
<p>Liverpool play Brentford at home in Gameweek 12, and they will again be strong favourites to win this and score a few at least.</p>
<p>The Reds have scored 24 goals (fourth) with an Expected Goals (xG) of 23.55 (first) and they are at 45% (fourth) to score 2.5+ goals also.</p>
<p>Brentford have conceded 14 goals (sixth) with an xGC (Expected Goals Conceded) of 15.0 (eighth) so are a good defensive side. However, with Liverpool's firepower, they will do very well to keep them out.</p>
<p>Salah has been one of the most consistent players this season, and is still the top points scorer in the game.</p>
<p>He has penalties, is nailed to start, and has both goal and assist threat with the second-highest xG (7.8) and fifth-highest xA (3.05) in the league.</p>
<p>The Egyptian is the second favourite to score at anytime (50%) in Gameweek 12, and our <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/predictions"><strong>Hub AI Tool</strong></a> has him as the top predicted points scorer (6.9) also.</p>
<p>He will no doubt be one of the most popular captain options this week.</p>

<h3><strong>Heung-min Son (£9.6m) – Spurs</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Fixture: Wolves (A)</strong></p>
<p>Heung-min Son has eight goals in the league since he started playing as the number nine in Gameweek 4. He has registered an xG of 4.2 and an xA of 2.1.</p>
<p>While he is playing up front he is one of the best assets in the game, and pretty much fixture proof.</p>
<p>Spurs come up against Wolves in Gameweek 12 who have conceded 19 goals (sixteenth) with an xG of 18.1 (thirteenth). Ange Postecoglou’s team have scored 23 goals (fifth) with an xG of 17.54 of (ninth).</p>
<p>Spurs will be strong favourites for this one and Son will be the most likely scorer too. He is Spurs’ talisman now, and will likely end the season as their top points and goal scorer.</p>
<p>Tottenham play in a very attacking manner and will score in most games, and Son has a Goal Involvement of 56% (joint second highest among midfielders) since Gameweek 4.</p>
<p>The South Korean is also at a very healthy 44% to score at anytime in Gameweek 12.</p>

<h3><strong>Bukayo Saka (£8.6m) – Arsenal </strong></h3>
<p><strong>Fixture: Burnley (H)</strong></p>
<p>Bukayo Saka has four goals and five assists, with an xG of 4 and an xA of 2.9. His and Arsenal’s underlying numbers haven't been as good as last season, but with their fixtures coming up he is still a great option.</p>
<p>Arsenal have a plum fixture in Gameweek 12 as they welcome Burnley to the Emirates.</p>
<p>The Gunners won't get many better fixtures this season, as the Clarets have conceded the second most goals (27) with the fifth-worst xGC (20.3).</p>
<p>Arsenal have scored 23 goals (fifth) with an xG of 19.84 (seventh) and looking at their attacking players could score a few against Vincent Kompany’s team. Mikel Arteta’s side are actually the favourites in Gameweek 12 to score 2.5+ goals (58%).</p>
<p>Saka is the best attacking option for his team looking at his expected minutes, and the fact he has a share of penalties as well as other set-pieces.</p>
<p>He has both goal and assist threat and has the highest Goal Involvement (43%) amongst his teammates in the games he has played.</p>
<p>Saka is at 44% to score at anytime (fourth) and is the fourth highest predicted scoring player (5.9 points) for Gameweek 12 according to our <strong><a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/predictions">Hub AI Tool.</a></strong></p>

<h3><strong>Bruno Fernandes (£8.3m) – Manchester United </strong></h3>
<p><strong>Fixture: Luton (H)</strong></p>
<p>Bruno Fernandes has three goals and two assists, with an xG of 3.03 and an xA of 3.3 (second overall).</p>
<p>He has been Manchester United’s best attacker so far, and perhaps a bit unfortunate not to get more returns despite Manchester United being so poor.</p>
<p>United haven't had the best start to the season at all, but they do have one of the best fixtures of the season in Gameweek 12 at home to Luton.</p>
<p>The Hatters have conceded the third most goals (21) with an xGC of 23.1 (third-worst).</p>
<p>The Portuguese is a proven FPL asset with 44 goals and 38 assists in his previous four seasons in the Premier League.</p>
<p>He is also the first-choice penalty taker and is nailed to start and play 90 minutes, so should have a chance of attacking returns against any opposition.</p>
<p>Bruno has both goal and assist threat, and is the main playmaker in his side.</p>
<p>Luton will do very well to keep United at bay, and Erik Ten Hag’s men are also the third favourites to score 2.5+ goals (48%).</p>
<p>Fernandes is at 31% to return at anytime in Gameweek 12 and according to our <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/predictions"><strong>Hub AI Tool</strong></a> is the third-highest predicted scoring player (6.2 points).</p>

<h3><strong>Callum Wilson (£7.9m) – Newcastle United</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Fixture: Bournemouth (A)</strong></p>
<p>Callum Wilson had his best season last year, bagging 18 goals and six assists in only 21 starts. He has already netted seven goals in only five starts this term, with an xG of 6.06.</p>
<p>Newcastle have a plum fixture next gameweek as they take on Bournemouth, who have struggled this season. They sit 18<sup>th</sup> in the league having conceded the second most goals (27) with an xGC of 24.1 (second-worst).</p>
<p>They are extremely leaky, and this Newcastle team will get plenty of chances.</p>
<p>Wilson is their current talisman and main goal threat with <strong>Alexander Isak (£7.4m)</strong> out injured. He will play as the number nine without a doubt in the Swede's absence.</p>
<p>The Toon have also scored the second most goals (27) with an xG of 23.34 (second-best).</p>
<p>Wilson is nailed to start, on penalties, and has both goals and assists in his locker.</p>
<p>The ex-Bournemouth man won't get many fixtures this season to add to his goals tally, and his record shows that he is clinical when on the pitch.</p>
<p>Wilson is at 45% to score at anytime and our <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/predictions"><strong>Hub AI Tool</strong></a> also ranks him as the fifth-highest predicted scoring player and second-highest forward (5.8 points) for Gameweek 12.</p>
