<h3><strong>Mohamed Salah (£13.3m) – Liverpool</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Fixture: Fulham (H)</strong></p>
<p>Liverpool's game against Everton was postponed last week due to adverse weather conditions but Salah still remains the top points scorer in FPL.</p>
<p>He has 10 double digit hauls courtesy of 13 goals and eight assists.</p>
<p>Liverpool welcome Fulham to Anfield in Gameweek 16, who have actually been decent at the back conceding 19 goals (seventh) with an xGC (expected goals conceded) of 15.7 (fourth).</p>
<p>Despite that, I can't see Arne Slot's side struggling to score here. Liverpool have been the best side in the league scoring 29 goals (third) with an xG (expected goals) of 28.62 (second)</p>
<p>They are also the second favourites to score 2.5+ goals (50%).</p>
<p>Salah is at 51% to score at any time, nailed to start and on penalties.</p>
<p>The Egyptian is the third highest predicted scoring player this week (7.8 points) according to <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/predictions">Hub AI</a>.</p>

<p>Alexander Isak now has six goals and three assists in 13 starts. He is proving to be a great option and has another plum game in Gameweek 16.</p>
<p>Newcastle United host Leicester City who have conceded the third most goals (30) with an xGC of 29.7 (third worst).</p>
<p>They are one of the leakiest defences in the league.</p>
<p>Newcastle will be strong favourites to win and this is reflected in the odds, as they are the joint second favourites to score 2.5+ goals (50%).</p>
<p>They should score a few here and their nailed number 9 is by far the likeliest.</p>
<p>Isak is their talisman, nailed to start and he is at 54% to score at any time (second) against Ruud Van Nistelrooy's side.</p>
<p>The Swede is the fourth highest predicted scoring player (7.2 points) according to <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/predictions">Hub AI</a>.</p>

<p>Cole Palmer has been unbelievable again this season, and has already managed 11 goals and seven assists.</p>
<p>He is by far Chelsea's best player and FPL asset and almost an essential own.</p>
<p>Chelsea have a fantastic game from an attacking point of view with a home game against Brentford.</p>
<p>The Bees have conceded the fourth most goals (28) with an xGC of 24.9 (fifth worst).</p>
<p>Whereas Chelsea have been the best sides in the final third - scoring the most goals (35) and boasting the best xG (31.68) in the league.</p>
<p>It's no surprise that Enzo Maresca's side are the favourites to score 2.5+ goals (55%) this gameweek.</p>
<p>Palmer is nailed to start, on penalties and has both goals and assists in his locker.</p>
<p>He is at 50% to score at any time and our <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/predictions">Hub AI</a> ranks him as the highest predicted scoring player for Gameweek 16.</p>

<h3><strong>Dominic Solanke (£7.5m) – Spurs</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Fixture: Southampton </strong><strong>(A)</strong></p>
<p>Dominic Solanke now has five goals and three assists in 12 starts. He has been trickling away with the points.</p>
<p>Spurs have one of their best fixtures of the season against Southampton in Gameweek 16.</p>
<p>The Saints have conceded the second most goals (31) and have the worst xGC (34.6) in the league.</p>
<p>The North London side meanwhile have scored the second most goals (31) and have the fifth best xG (28.61) so there is bound to be goals in this game.</p>
<p>Spurs only play to attack and their number 9 is going to get plenty of chances in this game. He has already shown this season that he has a big haul in him, and there is few better fixtures than this one.</p>
<p>Tottenham are also the fourth favourites to score 2.5+ goals (44%).</p>
<p>Solanke is at a healthy 44% to score at any time in Gameweek 16.</p>

<p>Bukayo Saka has been unfortunate to blank in the last two games and remains one of the best assets in the game.</p>
<p>He has five goals and 11 assists so far and is likely to break his previous season's points record of 226.</p>
<p>Arsenal have a plum home against Everton in which they will be heavy favourites and they are at 45% (third) to score 2.5+ goals.</p>
<p>Mikel Arteta's team have scored the third most goals (29) with an xG of 26.63 (sixth) and with the quality of players they have I can see them scoring a few here.</p>
<p>Despite the recent blanks Saka is the clear favourite to come out of this match with the most points.</p>
<p>He is the first choice penalty taker, on set-pieces and can score and assist.</p>
<p>The Arsenal midfielder is also the first choice penalty taker.</p>
<p>He is at 38% to score at any time, and is the fifth highest predicted scoring player overall (7.0 points) in Gameweek 16 according to <strong><a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/predictions">Hub AI.</a></strong></p>
