<h3>Erling Haaland (£14.0m) - Manchester City</h3>
<p><strong>Fixture: Spurs (H)</strong></p>
<p data-start="476" data-end="777">Haaland opened the season exactly how managers expected, with two goals against Wolves as City cruised to a 4–0 win.</p>
<p data-start="476" data-end="777">He looked sharp, making dangerous runs in behind and linking well with his teammates.</p>
<p data-start="476" data-end="777">What’s important is that City as a whole looked miles better than last season.</p>
<p data-start="779" data-end="1100">While Spurs won't be as leaky as they were under Ange Postecoglou, they will do very well to keep this City team at bay.</p>
<p data-start="779" data-end="1100">Pep Guardiola's team are the second favourites to score 2+ goals (45%). On top of that, the Norwegian is the favourite to score at any time (59%) in Gameweek 2.</p>
<p data-start="779" data-end="1100">His ownership, captaincy appeal and explosive potential make him one of the best picks this week.</p>

<p data-start="1922" data-end="2188">Salah once again proved in Gameweek 1 why he’s one of the most reliable assets in FPL , with his last minute goal against Bournemouth.</p>
<p data-start="1922" data-end="2188">There is no doubt that there's plenty more of the same to come.</p>
<p data-start="1922" data-end="2188">Even in a tougher fixture like Newcastle (A), he will always get chances. He’s nailed for 90 minutes, on penalties and still the main outlet for Arne Slot's side.</p>
<p data-start="2190" data-end="2498">Newcastle away isn’t the easiest game but Liverpool are the league’s most dangerous attack and Salah's output and stats speak for themselves.</p>
<p data-start="2190" data-end="2498">He averaged more than seven points per game against 'top-six' teams last season. His ability to score against anyone makes him the definition of fixture-proof.</p>
<p data-start="2500" data-end="2618">It's no surprise he is at a healthy 43% to score at any time in Gameweek 2.</p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto"><a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/predictions">Hub AI</a> ranks him as the joint-highest scoring player (7.2 points) for next gameweek.</span></p>

<p><b><span data-contrast="auto">Fixture: West Ham (A)</span></b></p>
<p data-start="3425" data-end="3647">Palmer disappointed in Gameweek 1 but so did Chelsea as a whole. He still played the full 90 minutes and remains their main key creative player.</p>
<p data-start="3425" data-end="3647">Importantly, he’s first-choice, on penalties, and set-pieces.</p>
<p data-start="3425" data-end="3647">His goals and assists tally over the last two seasons give him a bit more credit in the bank to keep the patience with him.</p>
<p data-start="3649" data-end="3995">Chelsea face West Ham next, who were thumped 3-0 by newly promoted Sunderland in their opening game.</p>
<p data-start="3649" data-end="3995">That result highlights their defensive vulnerabilities and this looks like an ideal bounce-back game for Palmer.</p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">He is at 37% to score at any time and <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/predictions">Hub AI</a> has him as the third highest-scoring player (6.2 points) for Gameweek 2.</span></p>

<p data-start="2683" data-end="2963">Semenyo was one of the surprise stars of Gameweek 1, scoring twice against Liverpool and looking like Bournemouth’s most dangerous player.</p>
<p data-start="2683" data-end="2963">His energy, direct running and finishing caught the eye and crucially, he looks nailed to play 90 minutes most weeks under Andoni Iraola.</p>
<p data-start="2965" data-end="3279">Bournemouth face Wolves at home next, who just conceded four goals to City. The Cherries will be huge favourites to win this one.</p>
<p data-start="2965" data-end="3279">Wolves’ defence doesn't look to have improved since last season and Semenyo’s pace could cause them real problems.</p>
<p data-start="2965" data-end="3279">Beyond this week, Bournemouth also have an excellent run of fixtures, making him not only a great pick for Gameweek 2 but also a solid long-term option.</p>

<h3>Bukayo Saka (£10.0m) - Arsenal</h3>

<p>Arsenal have the best fixture on paper for Gameweek 2.</p>
<p data-start="1156" data-end="1402">They host Leeds at the Emirates and the Gunners are predicted to dominate. They are the favorites to score 2.5+ goals (50%), making their attackers highly desirable.</p>
<p data-start="1404" data-end="1737">Saka is not only Arsenal’s penalty taker but also their main creator from open play and set-pieces.</p>
<p data-start="1404" data-end="1737">There is a chance new signing <strong>Viktor Gyokeres</strong> takes over penalty duties but I think for now we have to assume Saka has them until proven otherwise.</p>
<p data-start="1404" data-end="1737">Saka is one of the most reliable assets in the game and he will no doubt reach double figures for goals and assists this season, fitness pending,</p>
<p data-start="1404" data-end="1737">He is a great shout for captaincy this week if you own him as the England international is only owned by 16.8% of managers at the time of writing.</p>
<p data-start="1739" data-end="1858">The Arsenal talisman is at 38% to score at any time and is predicted to be the joint-highest scoring player (7.2 points) according to our <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/predictions">Hub AI.</a></p>
