<h2><strong>Best FPL Players for Gameweek 7</strong></h2>

<h3><strong>Carlton Morris (£5.6m) – Luton Town</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Fixture: Everton (H) and Burnley (A)</strong></p>
<p>Carlton Morris has two goals this season, and is the talisman for Luton Town. Although Luton likely won't score many goals in the Premier League, when they do he is the one most likely to get them.</p>
<p>They have a double this week against Everton (H) and Burnley (a) so the fixtures are good, and they won't get many better chances to score or get a result over the course of the season.</p>
<p>Both opponents have been quite poor at the back, and with it being a double, Morris is a justifiable pick.</p>
<p>The Hatters have only scored three goals in total, but have had tough fixtures against the likes of Brighton, Chelsea and West Ham.</p>
<p>Morris is nailed to start, should play 90 minutes in both games, and is their main penalty-taker. Although both his goals have been penalties so far, that is still a valid reason to pick players in FPL.</p>
<p>He managed 20 goals and six assists last season in the Championship. I can see him getting 8-10 goals for Luton this season if he stays fit.</p>
<p>Morris is at 42% (third) to score at anytime over the two fixtures, and is also the second highest predicted scoring player (8.1 points) according to our <strong><a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/predictions">Hub AI Tool.</a></strong></p>

<h3><strong>Erling Haaland (£14.1m) – Manchester City</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Fixture: Wolves (a)</strong></p>
<p>Erling Haaland now has eight goals and one assist after only six games, and remains the highest-scoring player in the game, as well as having the highest Expected Goals (xG) tally with 7.77.</p>
<p>He is just too consistent, and it’s almost impossible to go without the Norwegian and do well.</p>
<p>Manchester City again have a plum fixture this week against Wolves. The West Midlands club have conceded the third most goals (12) and have the third worst Expected Goals Conceded (xGC) with 7.32.</p>
<p>We know how good City are going forward - they already have scored 16 goals (second) with an xG of 14.9 (first). They are also the second favourites to score 2.5+ goals (48%).</p>
<p>City and Haaland can put three or more goals past most teams in the world, and this is why it's always risky going against Haaland for captaincy.</p>
<p>He will be captained by fewer managers this week due to Morris playing twice, so those who captain him may even get some more noteworthy points out of him.</p>
<p>The Norwegian is nailed to start and on penalties, and even with Luton's double gameweek, it can be argued he is still the best captain option.</p>

<h3><strong>Mohamed Salah (£12.5m) – Liverpool</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Fixture: Spurs (a)</strong></p>
<p>Mohamed Salah continued his run of returning in every single league game so far, and has three goals and four assists. He has the highest xG (3.87) amongst midfielders and the highest xA (4.1) overall.</p>
<p>Liverpool now have five wins and draw in their first six games and sit second in the league. They have also scored 15 goals (third) with an xG of 13.39 (fourth) and they have another good fixture this week from an attacking perspective.</p>
<p>Jurgen Klopp’s team travel to London to take on Ange Postecoglou’s Spurs, who have been great going forward, but their style of football will suit Liverpool perfectly given the pace they have in the team.</p>
<p>Spurs have conceded seven goals with an xGC of 10 (fifteenth) and they won't change their approach in this game.</p>
<p>This game has a good chance of being a high scoring one, with the attackers both teams have at their disposal</p>
<p>The Egyptian is on penalties, and has both goal and assist threat. He is the third favourite to score at anytime (42%) in Gameweek 7</p>

<h3><strong>Bruno Fernandes (£8.4mm) – Manchester United </strong></h3>
<p><strong>Fixture: Crystal Palace (H)</strong></p>
<p>Bruno Fernandes has two goals and one assist so far, with an xG of 2.45 and an xA of 2.42 (third). He has been Manchester United’s best attacker this season.</p>
<p>United have a good game in Gameweek 6, welcoming Crystal Palace to Old Trafford.</p>
<p>The Eagles have been solid defensively this season, ranking in the top five for goals conceded and xGC.</p>
<p>However, with United being at home, they will be strong favourites for this one, and are at a healthy 36% to score 2.5+ goals.</p>
<p>The Portuguese is a proven FPL asset, with both goal and assist threat.</p>
<p>He is the one pulling the strings for United, and is their main playmaker, with penalties and set-pieces also in his locker.</p>
<p>Palace will do well to keep United at bay here, and if <strong>Sofyan Amrabat (£5.0m)</strong> starts, I do think this will improve the Red Devils both defensively and going forward. The Morrocan is great at transitioning play, which is exactly what United need at the moment.</p>

<h3><strong>Kieren Trippier (£6.6m) – Newcastle United</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Fixture: Burnley (H)</strong></p>
<p>Kieran Trippier registered his first attacking returns of the season last gameweek, with three assists, delivering a monster 18-point haul. He reminded FPL managers just what he is capable of, and why he was priced as one of the most expensive defenders in the game.</p>
<p>Newcastle United have another great fixture this week as they welcome newly promoted Burnley to St James’ Park.</p>
<p>The Clarets haven't had the best start to life in the Premier League, scoring only four goals (nineteenth) with an xG of 4.19 (twentieth).</p>
<p>Newcastle have conceded seven goals (fourth) with an xGC of 6.0 (third) despite their tough fixtures early on.</p>
<p>They are also great going forward, which means Trippier will have ample opportunity for returns at both ends of the pitch</p>
<p>The right-back is on set-pieces, and can score and assist.  The Toon also have the best chance of a clean sheet in Gameweek 7 at 50%, and are favourites (50%) to score 2.5+ goals.</p>
