<h2 style="text-align: left;"><strong>Erling Haaland (£12.0m) – Manchester City</strong></h2>
<p><strong>Fixture: Wolves (a)</strong></p>
<p><strong>Erling Haaland</strong> now has 10 goals and one assist in his first six Premier League games, with an <a href="https://cms.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/a-simple-guide-to-opta-stats-for-fpl/">Expected Goals (xG)</a> of 7.04 (first) and an Expected Assists (xA) of 2.19 (seventh).</p>
<p>The Norwegian is looking fixture-proof, and has returned in every game so far.</p>
<p>Manchester City take on Wolves in Gameweek 8. Bruno Lage’s men have only conceded four goals (first) with an xGC of 7.3 (sixth) and are a good defensive side. However, City are just too good going forward and will very likely score a few here.</p>
<p>Guardiola's men have scored 20 goals (first) already with an xG of 15.84 (first) and are also the favourites to score 2.5+ goals (45%) according to the bookmakers.</p>
<p>Haaland is also the favourite to score at anytime once again this week, at 60%.</p>
<p>With Gameweek 7 being postponed, the chances of him starting are going to be very high, regardless of whether he starts in the midweek Champions League game or not.</p>
<p>Haaland is the second highest predicted scoring forward (6.7 points) according to our <strong><a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/predictions">Points Prediction Tool</a> </strong>for Gameweek 8.</p>

<h3><strong>Aleksandar Mitrovic (£6.9m) – Fulham</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Fixture: Nottingham Forest (a)</strong></p>
<p><strong>Aleksandar Mitrovic</strong> has had a remarkable start to the season, scoring six goals in his first six games.</p>
<p>His stats have been brilliant too, with 22 shots in the box (second) and an xG of 5.44 (second). He has also created six chances, with an xA of 1.31.</p>
<p>He has already scored against the likes of Liverpool, Arsenal, Brighton and Spurs, who are amongst the best defences in the league.</p>
<p>Fulham have a great fixture in Gameweek 8 as they take on fellow promotion rivals Nottingham Forest. Steve Cooper's men have conceded 14 goals (eighteenth) with an xGC of 13.1 (twentieth) so this looks a plum fixture for the Cottagers.</p>
<p>Mitrovic has proven too much for even the best defences in the league, so he will be a strong favourite to get some attacking returns here. He is also at a healthy 42% to score at anytime according to the bookmakers.</p>
<p>He is absolutely nailed to start, on penalties, and the talisman for Fulham. He already has a 67% Goal Involvement for his team, and he will no doubt carry on getting the lion's share of his team's goals.</p>

<h3><strong>Gabriel Jesus (£8.1m) – Arsenal</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Fixture: Brentford (a)</strong></p>
<p><strong>Gabriel Jesus</strong> has three goals and three assists in the first six league games.</p>
<p>He has managed 20 shots in the box, with an xG of 3.1, and has created 13 chances with an xA of 2.42.</p>
<p>Arsenal have had a great start to the season, and sit top of the league. They have scored 14 goals (third) with an xG of 12.78 (third) and are looking like one of the best attacking teams in the league, still.</p>
<p>They have a really good fixture in Gameweek 8 as they take on Brentford. The Bees have conceded 9 goals (sixteenth) with an xGC of 10.3 (twelfth). Although they have been good going forward, they are susceptible at the back and the Gunners have more than enough firepower to score a few here.</p>
<p>The bookmakers also really favour the North London club in this fixture, as they are the fourth favourites to score 2.5+ goals (29%) and Jesus is at 40% to score at anytime also.</p>
<p>The Brazilian has the highest xG and xA amongst his teammates, and will be the most likely to get attacking returns in this fixture.</p>

<h3><strong>Alexander Isak (£7.0m) – Newcastle United</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Fixture: Bournemouth (H)</strong></p>
<p><strong>Alexander Isak </strong>had a dream start for his new club, with a goal against Liverpool on his debut. He was also very unfortunate not to have scored against Crystal Palace in Gameweek 6. In only two games he has an xG of 1.42 and an xA of 0.24.</p>
<p>His best season came for Real Sociedad in 2020/21, where scored 16 goals and two assists in 34 appearances. His latest season with them wasn’t so great, as he only managed six goals and two assists in 32 appearances.</p>
<p>If he can recapture that 2020/21 form, then he will be a great asset at only £7.0m.</p>
<p>Newcastle United have one of their best fixtures of the season as they take on Bournemouth at home. The Cherries have conceded 18 goals (twentieth) with an xGC of 11.2 (seventeenth).</p>
<p>The early signs have looked really good for Isak. He is clearly a great player, and has even impressed on the international stage with Sweden at the latest Euros.</p>
<p>He is also coming into a renewed and constantly improving team in Newcastle.</p>
<p>He is the fourth favourite to score at anytime for Gameweek 8 at 43%, and our <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/predictions"><strong>Points Prediction Tool</strong></a> has him as the fourth highest predicted scoring forward (5.3 points).</p>

<h3><strong>Harry Kane (£11.4m) – Tottenham Hotspur</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Fixture: Leicester City (H)</strong></p>
<p><strong>Harry Kane</strong> has now scored racked up goals and one assist in his first six games.</p>
<p>He has registered 16 Shots in the box with an xG of 4.55 (third) and has also created 13 chances with an xA of 2.36 (fourth). He has a 50% Goal Involvement so far for Spurs and looks the best asset for them at the moment.</p>
<p>Tottenham have a very nice fixture in Gameweek 8 in an attacking sense, as they take on Leicester City.</p>
<p>The Foxes sit bottom of the league, having conceded 16 goals (nineteenth) with an xGC of 11.1 (sixteenth).</p>
<p>Spurs on the other hand have been great in attack, scoring 12 goals (fourth) with an xG of 11.1 (sixth). Their fixture against Leicester looks like a good one for Kane.</p>
<p>He is at home, and is the talisman in his side. It helps that Kane is on penalties, and also should be nailed for 90 minutes.</p>
<p>The forward is the third favourite to score at anytime (52%) and Spurs are also second favourites to score 2.5+ goals (40%). All signs are pointing to a high scoring game here.</p>
