<p>The Free Hit chip will be popular this week, given there are only four fixtures to be played.</p>
<p>But despite the lack of fixtures, there's still a familiar feel to the top five for <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/predictions">predicted points</a>, with some heavyweight names present.</p>
<p>Son is forecast to make it two weeks at the top in a row, a full point ahead of <strong>Ivan Toney</strong>.</p>

<p>Money is unlikely to be an issue for free hitters this week, given premium picks <strong>Erling Haaland </strong>and <strong>Mohamed Salah </strong>have no Premier League fixture.</p>
<p>There is therefore no issue fitting in all of the top five predicted points scorers, who fill up the majority of the midfield and forward positions.</p>

<p>The predicted points clearly favour the attacking players this week, with relatively slim pickings in defence.</p>
<p>Clean sheets look hard to come by, with <strong>Alfie Doughty </strong>the highest predicted scorer on 4.2.</p>
<p>The Luton full-back has one goal and eight assists this season, ranking second for goal involvements among defenders.</p>

<p>Luton number one <strong>Thomas Kaminski </strong>is the AI's goalkeeper of choice, a mere 0.1 predicted points ahead of <strong>Jacob Trafford </strong>and <strong>Emiliano Martinez</strong> and 0.2 better than <strong>Mark Flekken </strong>and <strong>Emiliano Martinez</strong>.</p>
<p>The other two defensive slots go to Burnley's <strong>Charlie Taylor </strong>and <strong>Lorenz Assignon</strong>.</p>
<p>FPL managers may be put off doubling up on Clarets' defenders, given they have conceded 62 goals this season - 34 of which have been at home.</p>
<p>But this makeup could well change if <strong>Sergio Reguilon</strong> is passed fit by Brentford manager Thomas Frank later this week.</p>

<h3>Fifth midfielder or third striker?</h3>
<p>A 3-5-2 or 3-4-3 formation looks to be the best approach, given the relative lack of options in defence.</p>
<p>Choosing between a third striker or fifth midfielder will be a common dilemma.</p>
<p>The AI goes for a 3-4-3, with <strong>David Datro Fofana </strong>joining Toney and Watkins up front.</p>
<p>The Burnley forward has three goals and one assist since joining on loan from Chelsea in January. He rifled home from 25 yards against West Ham in Gameweek 28.</p>
<p>Fofana is preferred to <strong>Yoane Wissa </strong>and <strong>Rodrigo Muniz</strong>, who could both be excellent differential options.</p>

<p>Muniz is one of the most in-form strikers in the league, having scored five times in his last six games. He blanked in Gameweek 28 against Wolves but had more shots than any other player (seven).</p>
<p>Wissa is not a certain starter for Brentford and has only completed 180 minutes in the Bees' last three games.</p>
<p>But he has still scored in each match, coming off the bench to score against West Ham in Gameweek 26 in a 17 minute cameo. He could be worth a gamble against the Burnley defence.</p>
<h3>Alternative midfield picks</h3>
<p><strong>Leon Bailey </strong>completes the AI starting 11 and has eight goals and nine assists this season. Aston Villa travel to West Ham, who they beat 4-1 in the reverse fixture.</p>
<p><strong>Dejan Kulusevski</strong>, <strong>Douglas Luiz </strong>and <strong>Anthony Elanga </strong>are among the other options in midfield, with the former making the bench. This would change if Porro is eventually included in the back three.</p>
<p>Elanga was left out Nottingham Forest's starting 11 at the weekend but could be primed to take advantage of tiring Luton legs on Saturday. The Hatters play Bournemouth on Wednesday (March 12).</p>
