A number of highly owned players make this week&#8217;s optimum team, boding well for many FPL managers.
Arsenal and Aston Villa are represented by the maximum three players. Both sides are at home, with the Gunners facing bottom side Sheffield United and Villa hosting Luton.
David Raya (£4.8m) and Gabriel (£4.7m) are two of the three Arsenal picks, reflecting the fact the London club have the second best expected goals conceded (xGC) in the league. In contrast, their opponents have the worst expected goals (xG) tally.
Bukayo Saka (£8.5m) completes the Gunners&#8217; representation. The midfielder has four goals and four assists in eight games.
Saka&#8217;s teammate Gabriel Martinelli (£7.7m) ranks joint-fifth for predicted points &#8211; level with Son Heung-min (£9.5m), so those with an Arsenal attacking double up can feel confident of FPL returns.
Turning to Villa coverage, Matty Cash (£5.1m) is the defender of choice. The full-back has the best xG among defenders (3.12) and has scored two and assisted one.

Luton&#8217;s defensive weakness down their left could be prime for Cash and Moussa Diaby (£6.7m) to exploit, and they are joined by Ollie Watkins (£8.3m) who is the second highest FPL points scorer.
Watkins is the biggest expected points <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/chasing-points-gameweek-9">over-performer</a> but owners will fancy his chances against a Luton team who have the fifth-worst xGC in the league.
The team is completed by budget Liverpool defender <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/tsimikas-fpl-robertson-injury">Konstantinos Tsimikas (£4.5m)</a> and Brighton&#8217;s Kaoru Mitoma (£6.5m).
Tsimikas, who also made the Hub AI&#8217;s <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/best-fpl-wildcard-team-for-gameweek-10-ai">Wildcard</a> team, is expected to deputise for the injured Andrew Robertson (£6.5m) once again.
Mitoma meanwhile faces Fulham, and has had more big chances (seven) than any other Seagulls player. He also leads his teammates for key passes (16) and expected assists (xA) on 2.01.
