<p>Before building the best FPL team for Gameweek 28, let's look at the players predicted to score highest, both overall and by position.</p>
<p>With no fixture for fantasy favourites <strong>Erling Haaland (£12.2m)</strong> or <strong>Marcus Rashford (£7.0m)</strong>, there's a new name at the top of the list.</p>
<p><strong>Harry Kane (£11.7m) </strong>arrives at the blank with 20 Premier League goals this season and remains on course for his best return in FPL.</p>
<p>Only<strong> Gabriel Martinelli (£6.6m)</strong> has more goals over the last four gameweeks.</p>

<h2>Best FPL team for Gameweek 28: Forwards</h2>
<p>It's a conventional 3-4-3 formation this gameweek, with Tottenham Hotspur's Kane the only premium to feature.</p>
<p>He's joined by Brentford's <strong>Ivan Toney (£7.8m) </strong>and Aston Villa's <strong>Ollie Watkins (£7.3m) </strong>who are both projected to score 6.1 points.</p>
<p>Toney is behind just Haaland and Kane for goals this season, scoring in the reverse fixture back in Gameweek 1.</p>
<p>Watkins is hot on his tail, with six goals in his last seven games.</p>
