<h2>FPL Gameweek 2-6 fixtures</h2>
<p>Bournemouth top the Hub ticker over the next five gameweeks - the initial period taken into account by the AI.</p>
<p>Three home games in five - together with a trip to newly promoted Leeds - looks like a good run for the Cherries, with Wolves (H) in Gameweek 2.</p>
<p>Nottingham Forest continue their favourable start to the season, with Burnley (A) and Sunderland (H) in Gameweek 5 and 6.</p>
<p>It was a slow start from Aston Villa but those who invested in their players for the opening weekend have reason to hold them. Unai Emery's team sit fourth on the ticker behind Brentford, who struggled against Forest.</p>
<p>The next two home games look targetable for Crystal Palace, in particular their Gameweek 4 clash against Sunderland.</p>
<p>Manchester City sneak into the top seven meanwhile, although the pick of their fixtures doesn't come until Burnley (H) in Gameweek 6.</p>

<h2>FPL Gameweek 2-6 predicted points</h2>
<p>Liverpool only rank 14th on the ticker up to Gameweek 6 but <strong>Mohamed Salah </strong>is still Hub AI's top predicted points scorer.</p>
<p>The Egyptian has a near four-point lead over <strong>Erling Haaland</strong>, suggesting it is too early to consider swapping the pair at this stage.</p>
<p><strong>Cole Palmer </strong>failed to impress in Gameweek 1 but the Chelsea star is another to stick with, ranking third.</p>
<p><strong>Bukayo Saka </strong>will be a popular pick on <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/best-gameweek-2-free-hit-team-fpl">Free Hit</a> this week - and the Arsenal winger has appeal longer-term too. He is one of four players with a projected score of 30 points or more.</p>
<p>Further down the list, another likely Free Hit lock <strong>Antoine Semenyo </strong>makes the top 10. The Bournemouth midfielder's fixtures boost him into ninth place ahead of Liverpool's <strong>Florian Wirtz</strong>.</p>
<p>Seven midfielders and three forwards make up the top 10.</p>

<h2>Should the Wildcard be played in FPL Gameweek 2?</h2>
<p>Some managers are using their <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/fpl-chip-strategy-guide">extra chips</a> early this season in an attempt to get ahead of the crowd.</p>
<p>This could be an effective strategy, particularly using the <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/best-gameweek-2-free-hit-team-fpl">Free Hit</a> this week. Liverpool face a potentially difficult trip to Newcastle and a wide-open captaincy debate as a result could open up opportunities for free hitters.</p>
<p>Playing the Wildcard in Gameweek 2 would be an aggressive play for those who feel they made numerous mistakes with their picks in Gameweek 1. Significant minutes doubts and injuries would be among the causes of concern.</p>
<p>But this is not without risk - and the Wildcard is more valuable than the Free Hit as it is for more than just one week.</p>
<p>FPL managers should therefore think carefully about whether it is necessary to Wildcard so early.</p>
<p>A few extra weeks of data could prove extremely useful and coincide with greater fixture swings.</p>
<p>Gameweek 2 is not appealing for a number of popular targets but in many cases, Gameweek 3 or 4 looks better again.</p>
