<h2>FPL Gameweek 3-7 fixtures</h2>
<p>The AI Wildcard team has a five-week outlook - and there are a few teams of interest at the top of the Hub's <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/fixture-ticker">fixture ticker</a>.</p>
<p>Aston Villa have the best run, offering hope to those underwhelmed by their slow start.</p>
<p>Manchester United have had a challenging opening but rank second over the next five, with home games against newly promoted Burnley and Sunderland.</p>
<p>Nottingham Forest are among the teams facing two promoted clubs in this period, however Arsenal and Newcastle away present may deter FPL managers from tripling up on the Tricky Trees.</p>
<p>Gameweek 4 looks unappealing for many of these teams, opening the door to a potential <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/best-fpl-free-hit-gameweek-3-hub-ai">Free Hit</a>. Bournemouth meanwhile host Brighton, with Newcastle also having a standout fixture.</p>
<p>At the other end of the ticker, Arsenal and Liverpool rank in the bottom six. Liverpool have an excellent Gameweek 4 fixture against Burnley (A) but it's not until Gameweek 7 when the Gunners really start to appeal.</p>

<h2>FPL Gameweek 3-7 predicted points</h2>
<p>There's an equal split between midfielders and forwards in the top 10.</p>
<p><strong>Mohamed Salah </strong>retains a relatively sizeable lead over <strong>Erling Haaland </strong>in predicted points terms, despite Liverpool ranking in the bottom half for fixture difficulty.</p>
<p><strong>Ollie Watkins' </strong>upcoming games see him rise to third, while <strong>Bruno Fernandes </strong>is fourth thanks to United's run.</p>
<p><strong>Viktor Gyokeres </strong>is close behind Watkins, who both come in at £9.0m - but it doesn't look like it's the right time to switch out the Villans' frontman just yet.</p>

<h2>Should the Wildcard be played in FPL Gameweek 3?</h2>
<p>Injury issues are mounting up for some FPL managers.</p>
<p><strong>Cole Palmer</strong>, <strong>Bukayo Saka</strong> and <strong>Rayan Ait-Nouri </strong>are among the high-profile players with fitness issues going into Gameweek 3, joining the likes of <strong>Jeremie Frimpong</strong> on the treatment table.</p>
<p>Some managers are using their <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/fpl-chip-strategy-guide">extra chips</a> early this season in an attempt to get ahead of the crowd - and for those with a string of flagged players, the Wildcard could be an option this week.</p>
<p>Aside from there being limited data on this season's teams and top performers, a Gameweek 3 Wildcard has its drawbacks.</p>
<p>The international break follows immediately after the next round of fixtures, which could throw up additional injuries.</p>
<p>Gameweek 4 is not a good one for many targets either, so use of the Free Hit needs to be carefully considered alongside the Wildcard.</p>
<p>Those who started with Watkins, Fernandes and other under-performers may be tempted to start afresh.</p>
<p>But as explored above, the fixtures remain strong for these picks and patience could well be rewarded if the Wildcard can be avoided.</p>
