<h2>What is the latest on Solanke - and is it time to sell him in FPL?</h2>
<p>Postecoglou confirmed on Friday that Solanke had injured his ankle against Leicester.</p>
<p>He completed 90 minutes, however his condition worsened after the match - enough to keep him out of Gameweek 2 at least. The Spurs boss said:</p>

<p>"Dom picked up a knock in the last game. He got through the game but it flared up the day after and he'll miss the game tomorrow.</p>
<p>"It's an ankle injury, he copped it really early on, someone went across his ankle. It just depends on his recovery [when he returns], obviously we've got the international break. but it's not serious."</p>

<p>The international break comes in between Gameweek 3 and 4, offering Solanke some extra recovery time should he need it.</p>
<p>But missing two gameweeks would not be ideal in the event he wasn't fit for next weekend.</p>
<p>It is not the only dilemma for thousands of fantasy fans, either.</p>
<p>Around a fifth of managers are set to lose <strong>Valentin Barco (£4.0m)</strong>, with the Brighton defender about to join Sevilla.</p>
<p><strong>Jarell Quansah (£4.4m) </strong>has dropped in price after his half-time substitution in Gameweek 1, having been taken out of more than 150,000 teams.</p>
<p>Some will therefore be looking at a four-point hit to take Solanke out - hardly ideal when others will be saving their free transfer this week.</p>
<p>Ultimately, how individual fantasy squads are shaping up will help decide whether Solanke is a priority sell. Plenty of bench cover may lead to a 'wait and see' approach, while mounting problems may make a sale more sensible.</p>
<p>Fortunately, Solanke's Spurs teammate <strong>Pedro Porro (£5.5m) </strong>isn't another worry, having been passed fit after fears over an ankle problem.</p>

<h2>Who are the best Solanke replacements in FPL?</h2>
<p>For those looking to sell Solanke, here are our top picks.</p>
<p>We've limited our selections to around £8.0m and below, given the forward's price point.</p>
<p>Top of the Hub AI's predicted points in this price range over the next five gameweeks is <strong>Kai Havertz (£8.1m)</strong>.</p>
<p>The Arsenal forward impressed in Gameweek 1, grabbing a goal and assist and linking up well with <strong>Bukayo Saka (£10.om)</strong>.</p>
<p>His performance has already earned him a price rise - and he is predicted to score 26.8 points over his next five games.</p>
<p>One thing that could put would-be buyers off is the Gunners' fixtures. The Hub ticker ranks their run fifth toughest, with trips to Aston Villa, Spurs and Manchester City coming up.</p>
<p>But his high predicted points suggests the AI believes the German is largely fixture-proof.</p>

<p>Our second recommendation saves £1.5m - and the fixtures look far better.</p>
<p><strong>Rodrigo Muniz (£6.0m) </strong>has the number nine shirt for Fulham after a breakthrough season and sits just over one predicted point behind Havertz.</p>
<p>The Cottagers top our ticker, with an appealing run of Leicester (H), Ipswich (A), West Ham (H), Newcastle (H) and Nottingham Forest (A).</p>
<p>Their games remain favourable in the longer-term too - they still rank in the top three when the ticker is extended to Gameweek 10.</p>
<p>Muniz didn't score against Manchester United in Gameweek 1 but still managed two shots on goal and should fare better from now on.</p>

<p><strong>Jean-Philippe Mateta (£7.5m) </strong>was off most fantasy managers' radars in Gameweek 1, given his lack of pre-season for Crystal Palace.</p>
<p>The Frenchman took part in the Olympics, with his country reaching the final a week before the first day of the season.</p>
<p>But Mateta started against Brentford and played 45 minutes.</p>
<p>His ownership of 5.7% would have been much higher had he been expected to start and he now represents a differential option for those seeking an outside-the-box option.</p>
