Who are the best West Ham FPL players for the 2025/26 season?

<h2>Best West Ham FPL players 2025/26: Jarrod Bowen (£8.0m)</h2>
Bowen is the clear standout pick among the Hammers&#8217; squad.
He scored 13 and assisted 11 last season, recording more than double the goal involvements of any of his teammates.
The England international was the sixth highest-scoring player in the game, racking up 193 FPL points.

West Ham&#8217;s talisman had a superb finish to the season, scoring more points between Gameweek 26 and 38 than anyone else (91).
The midfielder often featured up front when Graham Potter took charge and this has led to him being reclassified as a forward in FPL.
While this arguably dents his appeal, Bowen remains the clear &#8211; and perhaps only &#8211; West Ham pick for Gameweek 1.
At the time of writing, he ranked ninth among forwards for predicted points over the first four gameweeks (19.5).
The Hammers face Sunderland (A) in Gameweek 1, a fixture which could help Bowen start where he left off.

<h2>Best West Ham FPL players 2025/26: Aaron Wan-Bissaka (£4.5m)</h2>
Wan-Bissaka had an excellent debut season in East London.
He showed more glimpses of his attacking potential than he did at former club Manchester United, contributing two goals and six assists.
The full-back ranked second behind Bowen for assists on his way to scoring 118 points over 36 appearances.
FPL rule changes will now see defenders earn two extra points per match if they complete 10 <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/fpl-2025-26-changes-defensive-contributions">defensive actions</a> &#8211; tackles, clearances, blocks and interceptions.
Wan-Bissaka completed more interceptions than any defender in the league last season (66) and the 10th most tackles (70).
He averaged 7.31 defensive actions per game, so could earn the new bonus points on occasion.
Wan-Bissaka should be secure for starts, however the signing of Kyle Walker-Peters makes him one to monitor in <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/fpl-pre-season-results-guide">pre-season</a>.
If Potter sees Walker-Peters as a regular, Wan-Bissaka could be used as a right-sided centre-back.
This would reduce his attacking output but could boost his potential to earn defensive contribution points.

<h2>Best West Ham FPL players 2025/26: Max Kilman (£4.5m)</h2>
West Ham&#8217;s new attacking left-back El Hadji Malick Diouf is certainly one to monitor, having scored seven and assisted three for Slavia Prague in 2024/25.
But until we&#8217;ve seen how the Senegalese settles, other defenders could be safer bets to start the season.
Centre-back Kilman could be another pick who does well under the new defensive contributions metric.
He was third for clearances among all defenders last season (210), fourth for blocks (40) and fourth for combined clearances, blocks and interceptions.
His average of 8.64 defensive actions per start was slightly better than Wan-Bissaka&#8217;s.
The Hammers conceded the fifth most shots in 2024/25 and are the type of team whose defenders tend to be busy.
While they only kept seven clean sheets, the new points system for defenders could elevate their potential &#8211; and Kilman could end up being the pick of them.
