<p data-start="444" data-end="707">Arsenal continue to boast elite underlying defensive numbers, and with favourable fixtures on the horizon Raya looks like an easy long-term hold.</p>
<p data-start="444" data-end="707"><strong data-start="432" data-end="451">Martin Dubravka</strong>, priced at just £4.0 million, is the cheapest starting goalkeeper in the game and provides excellent value as backup - allowing managers to allocate funds more effectively across the rest of the squad.</p>
