<p>Chelsea sit firmly on top of the Hub <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/fixture-ticker">fixture ticker</a>, and some FPL managers are eyeing up Blues assets almost entirely because of this excellent fixture run.</p>
<p>With rotation prevalent at Stamford Bridge however, there are only a handful of picks who can be relied upon for both minutes and returns - including Enzo Fernandez.</p>
<p>The Argentina international has been playing a more advanced position as of late, although he was already a reasonably popular option from a deeper role thanks to his consistency of defensive contributions.</p>
<p>Importantly, Fernandez should be on penalties in the continued absence of <strong>Cole</strong> <strong>Palmer</strong>, giving the budget-friendly midfielder plenty of routes to points ahead of strong attacking fixtures.</p>
