<h3>Buy -  <b data-stringify-type="bold">Jean-Philippe Mateta (£7.7m) - Crystal Palace</b></h3>
<p>With three home games in the next four, and away trips coming at Wolves and Burnley, the fixtures couldn't be much more appealing for Crystal Palace right now.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Mateta bagged a hat trick in Gameweek 8, and there's little to be made of a blank last week against the league's best defence in Arsenal. The Palace forward has already risen in price this week, as forecast by the Hub <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/fantasy-premier-league-price-rises">price change predictor</a>. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">He has under-performed his xG of 7.8, scoring only five goals, and although this could indicate poor finishing it's positive to see how many chances the Frenchman is getting.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">No team has a better xG than Oliver Glasner’s side (18.32) this season, so there are no questions over their chance creation capabilities - and Mateta has penalties too.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Mateta does face Liverpool in the EFL Cup in midweek however, and with another price rise not predicted before the deadline, FPL managers can afford to wait before making their move. </span></p>

<h3>Hold - <b data-stringify-type="bold">Bryan Mbeumo (£8.2m) - Manchester United</b></h3>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">With a brace against Brighton, Mbeumo was one of the highest scorers in Gameweek 9 with 15 points. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">He’s the most popular United pick ahead of</span> <b>Bruno Fernandes </b>and has outscored him so far - for a lower price.</p>
<p>The question is whether the next couple of fixtures are strong enough - with two tough away games on the horizon, he may need to produce points on the counter-attack to reach a significant tally.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">There’s a strong case to be made for Mbuemo as the United player of choice at this point. He leads the squad for shots (23), attempts on target (12) and in the box (18) as well as big chances (six). </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Cameroon international is also a big creative outlet, boasting the best expected assists (xA) tally among his teammates, and creating four big chances.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Penalties aside, no United player has a better expected goals (xG) than Mbuemo - but they are a factor, and if not for Fernandes missing a couple of spot kicks he’d be ahead of Mbeumo.</span></p>
