<h2 class="p1">Gameweek 35 preview</h2>
After all the action of last week it’s just a two-day gameweek this weekend. 
It was certainly an eventful week. Buyako Saka (£10.4m) and Erling Haaland (£12.0m) missing out on Wednesday caused many to make late captaincy calls and even to change their transfer plans. 
Phil Foden’s hat-trick delighted those who brought him in instead or even captained him as a result of having no Haaland or Saka. 
Cole Palmer’s hat-trick on Thursday was massive for those that captained - although it seems many didn’t. 
Talking of Haaland, now he’s had a rest he should be raring to go on Saturday as Manchester City travel to Selhurst Park in the lunchtime kick-off.

Ollie Watkins (£9.3m) saw his ownership drop to just 2.8% after his injury last week, when he was taken off at half-time and then missed the midweek tie against City. He may be surplus to requirements in Sky now with perhaps no need for captaincy. 
Brighton host Arsenal and Saka owners will be hoping he’s back in the starting 11. Down to 14.3% owned, he’s a differential this weekend as things stand. Hopefully there is some positive news about him in Mikel Arteta’s <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/premier-league-predicted-lineups">press conference</a> on Friday. 
Luton host Bournemouth and Dominic Solanke (£7.8m) is still highly owned at 74.3%. I suspect many will captain Haaland and we do have the advantage of seeing the City lineup at 11:30.
<h3>Sunday fixtures</h3>
Sunday sees three games - Manchester United v Liverpool. Sheffield United v Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur v Nottingham Forest. 
There could be a decent captaincy split here. Mohamed Salah (£11.5m) is 97.4% owned. Those who have him would have been very disappointed to see him taken off after 59 minutes against Sheffield United in midweek. 
Darwin Nunez (£9.4m) saw his ownership rise to 30.3% and he duly rewarded owners with a goal, although personally I was after three or four. Virgil van Dijk (£9.9m) is always a viable option for me, with passing bonus normally locked in. 
Cole Palmer (£6.5m) is the highest-owned player in the game at 99.2%. He now has 16 goals this season, which is odd as he seems to have scored about 30 penalties this season.
Joking aside, he’s scored 53 points in the last three games and is as good a captaincy option as any. He'll no doubt be about £4.0m more expensive next season. 
Son Heung-min (£9.7m) is 74.4% owned and also an option, as is Cristian Romero (£7.9m) who is 46.2% owned. Spurs just can’t keep a clean sheet though and Son has really disappointed me when I’ve needed him this season.
