<p>Sun Dream Team is about much more than goals and assists, with players earning bonus points too &#8211; but who scored the most last season?</p>
<p>One, three or five bonus points can be achieved per player, per match. A whole host of actions, including successful dribbles, interceptions and pass completion rate help accumulate valuable extra points.</p>
<p>Finding players who provide plenty of goals and assists &#8211; as well as bonus &#8211; is the perfect combination for a Dream Team player.</p>
<p>Here, we explore the 2024/25 season&#8217;s top 10 and discuss whether they are players to keep an eye on ahead of Gameweek 1.</p>

<h2>Sun Dream Team: Top 10 bonus magnets</h2>
<h3>🥇Ryan Gravenberch (Liverpool) &#8211; 52 points</h3>
<p>Liverpool defensive midfielder Gravenberch was light on goal involvements, with just four assists to his name.</p>
<p>But no one managed more bonus points than the Young Player of the Season.</p>
<p>His lack of attacking threat limited him to 194 points overall though, so the Dutchman will not be on top of many managers&#8217; shortlists.</p>
<p>The £4.0m Dream Team pick is also suspended for the first league match of the season.</p>
<h3>🥈Pedro Porro (Spurs) &#8211; 51 points</h3>
<p>Porro ticked along nicely for attacking returns, scoring four and assisting 10.</p>
<p>And with the second highest bonus total, the Spaniard&#8217;s overall points tally of 295 meant he was not too affected by his team&#8217;s lack of clean sheets.</p>
<p>Only Crystal Palace&#8217;s <strong>Daniel Munoz </strong>(305) scored more points among defenders.</p>

<p>Spurs are under new management, with Thomas Frank taking charge of the Lilywhites for their return to the Champions League. He is expected to improve them defensively.</p>
<p>Porro faced rotation at times under Ange Postecoglou last season but should he be a favourite of his new boss, he offers everything a Dream Team manager needs.</p>

<h3>🥉Youri Tielemans (Aston Villa) &#8211; 51 points</h3>
<p>Tielemans was another all-rounder, combining bonus points with five goals and 10 assists.</p>
<p>He was Villa&#8217;s third highest-scoring player, ending the season 15 short of <strong>Ollie Watkins </strong>in second.</p>
<p>Villa missed out on the Champions League but will compete in the Europa League this season.</p>
<p>If Unai Emery opts against mass rotation in Europe, Tielemans could be one to watch. His 286 points was the joint-eighth best among midfielders.</p>
<h3>4️⃣Aaron Wan-Bissaka (West Ham) &#8211; 51 points</h3>
<p>Wan-Bissaka joined the Hammers from Manchester United and was one of their best players when Graham Potter took charge midway through the campaign.</p>
<p>He managed two goals and six assists but a lack of European football limited the amount of games he could play &#8211; and his 195 point total.</p>
<p>The full-back may not be the most appealing option when Europe comes into the picture but with West Ham facing promoted Sunderland (A) in Gameweek 1, he could get off to a flying start.</p>
<p>At £4.0m though, he is pricier than the Hammers&#8217; other defenders &#8211; and new left-back <strong>El Hadji Malick Diouf </strong>looks set to provide plenty of attacking threat for £3.0m.</p>
<h3>5️⃣Bruno Fernandes (Manchester United) &#8211; 50 points</h3>
<p>United&#8217;s terrible season means no European football this time, which could count against the pricey Portuguese asset long-term.</p>
<p>Few players averaged more per game than Fernandes last season though, with the midfielder managing 7.9 points every time he played.</p>
<p>He is unlikely to repeat his 19 goals and 20 assists, with just the Premier League, FA Cup and Carabao Cup to focus on, but Fernandes could be a great bet for domestic double gameweeks.</p>

<h3>6️⃣Jeremy Doku (Manchester City) &#8211; 47 points</h3>
<p>Doku scored six and assisted nine but was not a reliable starter for City last season.</p>
<p>In the league for example, 13 of his 29 appearances came from off the bench.</p>
<p>No other player completed more dribbles than the Belgian winger (123), helping him amass one of the highest bonus points totals.</p>
<h3>7️⃣Eberechi Eze (Crystal Palace) &#8211; 46 points</h3>
<p>Eze ranked 10th overall for points per game (7.3), scoring 15 and assisting 11 to help Palace win the FA Cup.</p>
<p>Their cup victory earned them a Europa League spot &#8211; subject to legal issues &#8211; which should enhance the appeal of Palace picks.</p>
<p>Eze has been linked with a move to other Premier League clubs including Arsenal but should be a superb option in Dream Team at Palace or elsewhere, providing his minutes look secure.</p>

<h3>8️⃣James Maddison (Spurs) &#8211; 45 points</h3>
<p>Maddison scored 12 and assisted 15 on top of his bonus points, highlighting his all-round appeal.</p>
<p>His injury status will have to be closely monitored, with the midfielder hurting his knee in pre-season &#8211; Frank indicated it could be serious.</p>
<p>How Frank sets up his side will also be of interest, with Maddison among those who were in and out of the side at times.</p>
<h3>9️⃣Declan Rice (Arsenal) &#8211; 45 points</h3>
<p>Rice offers a £1.5m cheaper route into the Arsenal midfield than <strong>Bukayo Saka </strong>and is in the Tielemans mould, offering multiple routes to points.</p>
<p>He scored the sixth highest points among midfielders (295), with nine goals and 10 assists.</p>
<p>His set-pieces are a key part of his potential &#8211; he scored two free-kicks in one game against Real Madrid in the Champions League and took the majority of corners for the Gunners.</p>

<h3>1️⃣0️⃣Rayan Ait-Nouri (Wolves), Savinho (City), Antonee Robinson (Fulham) &#8211; 42 points</h3>
<p>A three-way tie completes our list.</p>
<p>Ait-Nouri needs to nail down a starting spot at new club City but could be a great option if he does, with the addition of European football.</p>
<p>New teammate Savinho is another who suffers from risk of rotation but there&#8217;s no such issues for Robinson, who provided 10 assists in the league. No other defender managed more.</p>
<p>Robinson is another to keep an eye on in the run-up to Gameweek 1 after undergoing minor knee surgery over the summer.</p>
