<h2>January Dream Team tips: The fixtures</h2>
<p>Hi all, I hope you had a great Christmas and good luck for the new year!</p>
<p>This month we have a bumper five gameweeks. In Gameweek 18 we have two sets of league games, followed by the FA Cup third round and Carabao Cup semi-final first legs in Gameweek 19.</p>
<p>Gameweek 20 and 21 features European games but no Europa Conference League fixtures, as the group stage is now completed.</p>
<p>It's the Carabao Cup second legs in Gameweek 22 meanwhile.</p>
<p>The teams in both Europe and the Carabao Cup have 10 fixtures - Manchester City, Arsenal, Newcastle and Chelsea - while Nottingham Forest, Aston Villa, Liverpool and Spurs have eight. The rest have six.</p>
<h2>Dream Team players to target in January</h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The majority of the players to target will be the ones still playing in Europe and Carabao Cup, although there will be the odd player that has Europe only.</span></p>
<h3>Goalkeepers</h3>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>David Raya</strong> is the keeper on everyone’s lips at £4.5m. He is the highest-scoring in his position and is probably the most obvious pick. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Just be careful though because you might block yourself from buying another premium outfield player. If you have £57m team value and above, you should be fine to buy him.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Gianluigi Donnarumma (£4.3m) </strong>is the next best pick - City are looking great.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Nick Pope (£4.3m)</strong> returned to the Newcastle team from injury on Tuesday so this could be the end of <strong>Aaron Ramsdale (£2.7m)</strong> as an option for now.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">If you’re looking for a cheaper alternative, I like <strong>Guglielmo Vicario</strong> at £3.1m and going into a nice run of games, it could be time to jump off <strong>Dean Henderson (£3.2m)</strong> with no extra games and Crystal Palace's terrible form. He's only scored six points since Gameweek 14!</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In defence, <strong>Gabriel (£5.3m)</strong> came back from injury with a bang, scoring and securing clean sheet points and going off before Arsenal conceded right at the end against Aston Villa.</span></p>
