Location: Remote 
Role Type: 3 month contract (July 2025 to September 2025) 
Contracted Hours: 20 hours per week

<h3>Job Description </h3>
Fantasy Football Hub is seeking a dynamic and creative person to support our content and social media strategy. This role is ideal for an aspiring digital content creator with a passion for fantasy football and social media trends. 
The right person will play a key role in growing our online presence by taking our existing long-form content and using our tools/templates to create and schedule engaging short-form clips. 
Additionally, they will operate as our social media manager for video, coordinating and scheduling posts alongside our existing team, including our graphic designer, YouTube lead and CMO. 
They will also produce our weekly Fantasy Premier League YouTube live stream and podcast ‘The Green Arrow’. 
<h3>Responsibilities </h3>
Short-form video content creation 
<ul>
<li>Use our existing long-form content to create and schedule short-form video clips across platforms</li>
</ul>
Social media and digital content assistant 
<ul>
<li>Clip, edit and optimise video content to maximise reach and engagement</li>
<li>Act as the social media manager for video, ensuring posts are scheduled effectively and align with broader content plans </li>
<li>Collaborate with the CMO and existing content creators to schedule partner posts in the pre-season period (July-Sept)</li>
<li>Coordinate with the graphic designer to ensure branding consistency across all social media assets</li>
</ul>
YouTube and podcast producer 
<ul>
<li>Producing and publishing ‘The Green Arrow’ &#8211; Fantasy Football Hub’s weekly YouTube stream and podcast</li>
<li>Create highlight clips and promotional content from podcast episodes for social media</li>
<li>Coordinate podcast distribution across major platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, etc.) </li>
</ul>
Community engagement and social media management 
<ul>
<li>Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages to foster community interaction</li>
<li>Develop strategies to increase audience engagement and follower growth across all platforms </li>
<li>Analyse performance metrics and suggest optimisations based on insights</li>
</ul>
Additional responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the YouTube Lead to optimise content for YouTube Shorts and video strategies</li>
<li>Support live content initiatives and special projects as needed</li>
<li>Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and industry best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team </li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Passion for fantasy football and knowledge of the industry</li>
<li>Experience or strong interest in social media content creation and YouTube production</li>
<li>Proficiency in video streaming and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, OBS or similar tools) </li>
<li>Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms</li>
<li>Excellent organisational and communication skills </li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li>
</ul>
