<h3>About the task</h3>
Fantasy Football Hub is seeking an Analytics Implementation Specialist to lead the integration of our Mixpanel and Google Analytics 4 properties in collaboration with our engineering team. 
The initial task is to help shape our data-driven decision-making capabilities, focusing on understanding user behaviour, conversion rates, A/B testing, attribution, and content strategy optimisation. If successful, there is likely to be more work in this area.
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Facilitate the integration and ongoing management of Mixpanel and Google Analytics 4.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Design and implement advanced tracking schemas for comprehensive data collection across our platform.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Analyse engagement and conversion metrics to guide strategic decisions for product and content optimisation.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Develop and monitor A/B testing frameworks to support data-driven enhancements.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Craft and maintain attribution models to maximise the efficiency of marketing initiatives.</li>
</ul>
