<h3>About the Role:</h3>
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic tech team and take a leading role in shaping the future of our platform. 
In this exciting position, you&#8217;ll have the opportunity to innovate across both the backend and frontend, driving the development of new products and rapidly prototyping features based on real user data and behavioural insights. 
You’ll work across multiple areas of our platform—from backend infrastructure and APIs to user-facing interfaces—collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless, high-performance user experiences and scale solutions to meet growing demand. 
You’ll be involved in every stage, from brainstorming and concept development to delivering real, measurable value to users.

<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Lead Full Stack Development: Architect, design, and maintain both backend systems and frontend features that support a high-performance user experience.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Prototyping &amp; Innovation: Quickly prototype new features and iterate on ideas to meet user needs and business goals, working across the entire tech stack.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">API &amp; Integration: Develop and optimize RESTful APIs for internal and third-party integrations, ensuring seamless communication across systems.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Database Management: Oversee database design, optimisation, and performance, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and efficient queries.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Frontend Collaboration: Work with frontend engineers to integrate user-facing features with backend services, ensuring smooth, responsive interactions.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Collaborative Development: Work alongside the CTO and other key stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Code Quality: Participate in code reviews, maintain high standards of code quality, and contribute to the team&#8217;s development processes and documentation.</li>

<h3>Minimum Requirements:</h3>
Before applying, make sure you meet the following core requirements:
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Full Stack Development Experience: At least 5 years of experience working across both backend and frontend technologies. Proficiency with backend technologies like Node.js and Python and frontend frameworks such as React is highly valued. While expertise in all these is preferred, strong experience in similar technologies and a willingness to learn our stack are equally important.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Backend Expertise: Solid experience building, scaling, and maintaining backend systems and services.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Database Expertise: Deep understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases, including performance optimization, indexing, and schema design.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Cloud Services Knowledge: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">API Development: Proven experience designing, building, and integrating RESTful APIs.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Effective Communication Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, providing clear technical explanations and feedback.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Preferred Skills:</h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Fantasy Football Knowledge: Familiarity with fantasy football dynamics and user behaviors.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Real-time Data: Experience working with real-time data processing and event-driven architectures.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Google Cloud Expertise: Experience specifically with Google Cloud products and services.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Experience mentoring junior developers and leading development efforts.</li>
