<h2>Fantasy Gaming Hub: Gameweek 7 tips</h2>
This weekend of FGH has three game days. It kicks off with the single fixture of Bournemouth vs Fulham on Friday.
Saturday (October 4) has four fixtures, with Sunday (October 5) providing the biggest slate of five fixtures following a packed European midweek.
<h3>Friday single fixture</h3>
Bournemouth vs Fulham
If you don&#8217;t own one of these teams and have the coins, it might be worth opening a 500 coin team pack and hope to get one of these to set your lineup. Both sides are silver, with Fulham easier to pack.
On Wednesday you could pick up Bournemouth for 1,350 coins and Fulham for 350 coins on the market. Sell excess high demand team cards on the market to gain coins.
Antoine Semenyo is the key target here, ranked third among midfielders in the game on 7.8 points per game. Train him for goals and shots on target, following six returns in six this campaign.
Alex Iwobi remains the best of Fulham&#8217;s options and easier to pack than Semenyo, while I currently hold four of Evanilson which showcases his availability in packs. He is the key forward.
Tyler Adams is a base card, ranked 14 among midfielders. I&#8217;ve just picked him up for 700 coins on the market, on 5.8 points per game.

With plenty of fixtures to choose from, there&#8217;s hopefully enough choice in our card collections to be selective with picks across each position.
Defenders
Gold: Jurrien Timber &#8211; Arsenal&#8217;s clean sheet potential is high and with full-back Timber providing three goal involvements this campaign, he can retain his position as the top ranked defender. Get him in training!
Silver: Christian Romero &#8211; Spurs have kept three clean sheets in this campaign, with centre-back Christian Romero ranked 12th in his position. He&#8217;s available to buy for 300 coins.
Base: Omar Alderete &#8211; Sunderland have two clean sheets this season, with their defenders providing value across all formats, including Alderete who is ranked eighth among defenders. Hope to pack him as a base card.

Gold: Declan Rice &#8211; It&#8217;s been a slow start for the Arsenal midfielder this season, but he packs potential ahead of a home game against West Ham given his set piece involvement. Train him for assists.
Silver: Moises Caicedo &#8211; Ranking second among midfielders, Caicedo has two goals this season and is a must train for tackles and pass interceptions. Find his silver card on the market for just 475 coins.
Base: Granit Xhaka &#8211; Sunderland&#8217;s Granit Xhaka could be a lucky pull as a base player. He ranks 16th among midfielders, with an average of 5.6 points per match.

Gold: Joao Pedro &#8211; A Champions League suspension should help the Chelsea striker&#8217;s minutes in the Premier League. He&#8217;s averaging a huge 7.0 points per game.
Silver: Richarlison &#8211; Ranked third among forwards, he is racking up minutes and he&#8217;s averaging 6.8 points per game. I&#8217;ve just picked him up on the market for 300 coins.

Teams
With points on offer for a win, clean sheets, saves and corners, here are the priority team cards to target on Saturday.
Gold: Arsenal &#8211; The heavy favourites for the weekend with a home game against West Ham, with win and clean sheet potential high for this one. Will you find this gold team in a pack?
Silver: Manchester United &#8211; The form stakes are against them but they have the home fixture against a promoted team and can be packed with theoretical ease as a silver card. They have two home wins this season.
Base: Leeds &#8211; It&#8217;s slim picking among the base team cards, but they are unbeaten at home in the league this season, keeping two clean sheets. They could have the edge against Spurs following their Champions League midweek action.

<h3>Sunday targets</h3>
There&#8217;s plenty to dig into here with the biggest slate of the weekend. Fatigue could be an issue for some though, with Thursday European fixtures for Aston Villa, Crystal Palace and Nottingham Forest.
Defenders
Gold: Fabian Schar &#8211; Newcastle United have kept a leading four clean sheets in this campaign. Schar ranks 20th among defenders, with training key for tackles and clean sheets.
Silver: Nico O&#8217;Reilly &#8211; A key pick if he&#8217;s named on the team sheet. He&#8217;s started four consecutive league games and is a sound pickup among silver cards, to be trained for tackles.
Base: Marc Guehi &#8211; A useful base card to pickup if you can find him in packs or on the market, given that Crystal Palace are the only side unbeaten in the league this season.

Gold: Jeremy Doku &#8211; It&#8217;s three consecutive starts in the Premier League with four assists in this time, a critical metric to train him on, as he averages 5.5 points per game.
Silver: Yankuba Minteh &#8211; A useful common pickup among silver cards ahead of what could be an open game at Everton. He ranks 22nd among midfielders in the game.
Base: James Garner &#8211; An interesting pick from the home side, after picking up an assist last time out. Ranked fourth among midfielders, pick him up on the market for 250 coins.

Silver: Jorgen Strand Larsen &#8211; The number of silver gems is tricky in this forward position, but Strand Larsen has potential as he returns from injury, as his side take on Brighton.
