Chip strategy is the major talking point this week. Should FPL managers Wildcard now or wait a few weeks?
Before the international break, there was an overwhelmingly clear path that many <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/fantasy-premier-league-team-reveals">expert FPL managers</a> were planning to follow &#8211; Wildcard 32, Bench Boost 33 and Free Hit 34 &#8211; but this required the FA Cup quarter-finals to go to plan&#8230;
Arsenal&#8217;s defeat to Southampton has opened up other options. Gunners players are sellable because they will not have a <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/fpl-blank-double-gameweek-guide?utm_source=CleverTap&amp;utm_medium=EmailNewsletter2526-PAID&amp;utm_campaign=Fixtures">double gameweek</a>.
Wildcard squads will arguably look weaker in Gameweek 32 than the teams they replace.
And should the non-doubling Gabriel and Bruno Fernandes remain, a Bench Boost in Double Gameweek 33 looks poorer too.
Using the Free Hit is therefore an alternative next week, as is the Wildcard.

Erling Haaland tops the <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/predictions">Hub AI</a> predicted points chart this week, fresh from a confidence-boosting hat-trick against Liverpool in the cup.
Gabriel ties him on 6.6 points but it&#8217;s Bruno Fernandes who is set to be the main rival to Haaland for the captaincy.
The Manchester United midfielder has averaged more than 10 points at home under Michael Carrick and is resident captaincy expert Chris Tan&#8217;s preferred pick.

Igor Thiago and Arsenal players could be real differentials against a sea of Wildcards.
