<h3>🥇Diego Gomez &#8211; 16 points</h3>
<p>The Brighton midfielder scored two second-half goals as the Seagulls defeated Leeds 3-0.</p>
<p>It was his first league goals of the season, adding to his tally of five in the Carabao Cup.</p>
<p>The Paraguayan has been in and out of the team this season, with four of his nine appearances coming from off the bench &#8211; but he could be one to watch if he nails a place in Fabian Hurzeler&#8217;s team.</p>

<h3>🥈 Ryan Sessegnon &#8211; 14 points</h3>
<p>Sessegnon registered a goal and assist in Fulham&#8217;s 3-0 win against Wolves, a match which saw <strong>Joachim Andersen </strong>return to the Cottagers&#8217; lineup.</p>
<p>It was the final straw for Wolves&#8217; owners, who have since dismissed manager Vitor Pereira, with Wolves without a win this season.</p>

<h3>🥉Erling Haaland and Declan Rice &#8211; 13 points</h3>
<p>It was another two-goal showing for Haaland against Bournemouth, taking his total for the season to 13.</p>
<p>The Manchester City striker had six shots on goal &#8211; the most of the weekend &#8211; and three big chances. He was subbed off in the 82nd minute.</p>
<p>Rice meanwhile headed into Gameweek 10 as the third highest-scoring midfielder &#8211; and finished it as the second.</p>
<p>The Arsenal star scored and earned defensive contribution points to match Haaland&#8217;s 13 pointer.</p>

<h2>FPL Gameweek 10 howlers</h2>
<h3>Emiliano Martinez</h3>
<p><strong>Mohamed Salah </strong>was on the scoresheet for the second week in a row as Liverpool beat Aston Villa 2-0.</p>
<p>But he was rather gifted his goal, with Villa goalkeeper Martinez&#8217;s pass out from the back going straight to the Egyptian.</p>

<h3>Emmanuel Agbadou, Yerson Mosquera and Vitor Pereira</h3>
<p>It was a bad weekend for Wolves all round, particularly these two defenders.</p>
<p>Agbadou saw red in the 36th minute and Mosquera&#8217;s own-goal rounded off the 3-0 loss.</p>
<p>Both ended the week on minus three points, the lowest ahead of another own-goal scorer in Newcastle&#8217;s <strong>Sven Botman </strong>(-1).</p>
<p>Pereira departs Molineux weeks after agreeing a new long-term contract, having impressed in stabilising Wolves last season.</p>
<p>Former manager Gary O&#8217;Neil is reportedly among the names in the mix to take over.</p>

<h2>FPL Gameweek 10 heartbreakers</h2>
<h3>Joao Pedro</h3>
<p>The Chelsea forward was the most-sold player ahead of Gameweek 10, having failed to register a shot on target since Gameweek 3.</p>
<p>And with <strong>Jean-Philippe Mateta </strong>entering a run of <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/fixture-ticker">favourable fixtures</a>, many opted to switch the strikers.</p>
<p>But in true FPL style, Pedro not only recorded five shots &#8211; all on target &#8211; he scored the Blues&#8217; winning goal against Spurs, painful for the 1.5m sellers.</p>
<p>A total of 90,000 managers have already brought him in ahead of Gameweek 11 for Chelsea&#8217;s ticker-topping set of games which starts with Wolves (H).</p>
<p>The good news for Pedro sellers and Mateta buyers was that the Palace pick at least matched his nine-point total.</p>

<h3>Nick Woltemade</h3>
<p>Woltemade was another go-to forward for Gameweek 10, with Newcastle travelling to struggling West Ham.</p>
<p>But the Magpies were on the losing side, going down 3-1 to the Hammers despite taking a fourth-minute lead through <strong>Jacob Murphy</strong>.</p>
<p>The result gave Nuno Espirito Santo his first win since taking charge of the London club.</p>
<p>Eddie Howe made three changes at half-time, including bringing off Woltemade and <strong>Anthony Gordon</strong>. He was less than impressed with his team&#8217;s performance:</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I could have taken anyone off. That is a reflection of where we were at that stage of the game. It is very rare for me to feel that way. I don&#8217;t think I have since I have been Newcastle manager.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>Newcastle last won on the road in April.</p>

<p>While Woltemade got a half, the Manchester City midfielder didn&#8217;t even manage that.</p>
<p>The Dutchman came on in the 73rd minute, with fitness given as the reason for his benching by Pep Guardiola. He said:</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;He is not completely fit. Yesterday was the first training session so I decided to start him on the bench and we will see what happens during the game.&#8221;</p></blockquote>

<li><strong>Dominik Szoboszlai </strong>was the pick of Liverpool&#8217;s attackers, with two shots on target, the best xG (0.27) and joint most key passes (three)</li>
<li><strong>Danny Welbeck </strong>notched his sixth goal in five weeks &#8211; a total beaten only by Haaland</li>
