<h3>Goalkeeper</h3>
<p><strong>McCarthy&#8217;s</strong> faces goal-shy Sheffield Utd at home. Southampton were unlucky to give away a penalty last week and face a side who average a goal in less than every other game!</p>

<h3>Defence</h3>
<p><strong>Robertson</strong> is recalled for Fulham. The Scott was rested in the Champions League and has his pal <strong>Alexander-Arnold</strong> back fit. Man City kept Fulham extremely quiet and I expect a similar outcome this week. <strong>Digne</strong> exposed Fulham massively down the left earlier in the season and I&#8217;m hoping the same happens here.</p>

<p><strong>Reguilon </strong>is a player that has gone under the radar with Spurs keeping four clean sheets on the bounce, three of which were against Chelsea, Arsenal and Man City. The fullback provides some attacking threat and has less rotation than the opposite flank. Palace do have a fit and firing Zaha back in their team but will he flourish against a Mourinho defence?</p>
<p><strong>James </strong>faces Everton at Goodison Park and for £5.3m he&#8217;s extremely good value alongside <strong>Zouma. </strong>I&#8217;m not as confident in a Chelsea clean sheet as I was in recent weeks but I wouldn&#8217;t be surprised to see Everton shut out without two of their left-backs too, which gives Anchelotti further problems in dealing with James.</p>
<h3></h3>
<h3>Midfield</h3>
<p>Another Fulham fixture, another double up in the midfield for their opponents. <strong>Mane</strong> and <strong>Jota </strong>are the pair I&#8217;ve gone for. After a cameo last week I&#8217;m slightly concerned about the latter&#8217;s minutes but I think he&#8217;s worth the risk against Fulham. Mane is picked over Salah after his midweek rest for safety.</p>
<p><strong>Son </strong>travels to Selhurst Park and I think one of the deadly attacking Spurs duo is warranted this week against a team with one clean sheet this season. Palace have conceded seven goals in two games against &#8220;big six&#8221; opposition.&#8221;</p>

<p><strong>De Bruyne</strong> rounds off the midfield in the Manchester Derby. He&#8217;s nailed on to start and I think it&#8217;ll go one of two ways. A very low scoring dull game, or a bucket full of goals with end to end football. If the latter is the case I see the Belgian having a field day, especially with penalties firmly to his name.</p>

<h3>Forwards</h3>
<p><b>Bamford&#8217;s </b>back for his Friday night game against West Ham. His price is a steal for the quantity of chances he&#8217;s getting and with his upcoming run he&#8217;s a greater enabler at just £6.2m. West Ham have been leaking goals but may have to change formation with the injury to <strong>Masuaku</strong>. Never the less I foresee Bamford getting plenty of action.</p>

<p><b>Vardy </b>keeps his spot after he left it late against Sheffield Utd. Brighton have kept two clean sheets this season and I don&#8217;t think it&#8217;ll take much to beat the Brighton keeper at the moment. Vardy&#8217;s main issue is lack of service, but if he&#8217;s well service, I&#8217;m confident he does well.</p>
<p>After a long rest but a lack of training, I&#8217;m taking a punt on <strong>Wilson </strong>against West Brom. Last week&#8217;s result against Crystal Palace was a bit harsh due to an early red card but I still expect Newcastle and especially the number nine to be returning against the Baggies.</p>

<h3>Bench</h3>
<p>Gameweek 12&#8217;s bench consists of <strong>Macey</strong>, <b>Dallas, Romeu </b>and <strong>Kilman</strong>.</p>

<p><strong>Mane </strong>is the skipper this week against Fulham.</p>

<h2>Notable omissions</h2>
<p>Forwards look really promising this week and I really wish I could&#8217;ve gone for <strong>Ings</strong>. As he&#8217;s returning from injury I don&#8217;t think he&#8217;ll play 90 minutes but that doesn&#8217;t mean I think he&#8217;ll do well as he showed in 45 minutes last week.</p>
<p><strong>Grealish</strong> was a player I wanted to fit in but barring last week&#8217;s hammering against Liverpool, Wolves don&#8217;t look bad at the back.  He&#8217;ll be back in midweek.</p>
<p>An Arsenal defender such as <strong>Bellerin</strong> was tempting this week but I can&#8217;t trust the Gunners at the moment.</p>

<p>With Jota now a doubt, I’ve replaced him with Raphinha.</p>
