<p><em>It's worth noting that the combined chart highlights the teams with the <strong>best balance of form and fixtures</strong> going forward.</em></p>
<p>I've also included my top three transfer targets for <strong>Gameweek 13</strong>. The FPL fixtures chart uses the <strong><a href="https://cms.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/fixture-ticker/">Hub's fixture ticker</a></strong>, focusing on <strong>attack</strong> for the <strong>next four Gameweeks</strong>.</p>
<p>Similarly, the form charts also take attack into account. It studies the number of <strong>goals scored per game</strong>, whilst reflecting the site ticker's format.</p>

<h2 style="text-align: center;">Who has the Best Attacking Fixtures? - FPL Gameweek 13</h2>

<p>It's <strong>Leicester City </strong>who ascend to the top of the fixture charts, with <strong>Spurs</strong> and <strong>Newcastle</strong> not far behind them.</p>
<p>You would assume that <strong>Jamie Vardy (£10.7m) </strong>would excel given his next four fixtures, but it's a tough ask for his owners to keep the faith after <strong>four successive blanks</strong>. He's failed to register a shot on target over that period.</p>
<p>There's a similar story at <strong>Spurs: </strong>for managers who enjoy playing the fixtures game, it's obvious to back <strong>Harry Kane (£12.2m) </strong>and <strong>Heung-Min Son (£10.4m)</strong>.</p>
<p>However, this pair have also blanked in their last four games. Kane has registered six shots in the last two games, which could signify his form is about to turn too.</p>
<p>At <strong>Newcastle United</strong>, forwards <strong>Callum Wilson (£7.4m) </strong>and <strong>Allan Saint-Maximin (£6.8m) </strong>are potential differentials to consider.</p>
<p>Wilson had six shots against <strong>Brentford</strong>, despite failing to register an attacking return. Saint-Maximin grabbed a double digit haul, amassing an impressive seven shots on goal.</p>

<h2 style="text-align: center;">Who has the Best Form? - FPL Gameweek 13 Fixtures</h2>

<p><b>Chelsea </b>top the fixture chart, closely followed by <strong>Liverpool. </strong>These two teams are significantly ahead of the rest of their counterparts, with a triple up on either side entirely justified right now.</p>
<p>A triple up on Liverpool assets provides plenty to consider, with <strong>Mohammed Salah (£13.0m) </strong>and <strong>Trent Alexander-Arnold (£7.8m) </strong>mainstays of our FPL squads.</p>
<p>Adding <strong>Sadio Mane (£11.9m) </strong>or <strong>Diogo Jota (£7.5m) </strong>could provide additional fire power, although the latter is currently flagged with a knee issue.</p>
<p>Mane now has<strong> seven goals</strong> for the season, having <strong>scored in three of his last four starts</strong>. With premium options faltering elsewhere, now could be the time to accommodate the Senegalese star.</p>
