<p><em>It's worth noting that the combined chart highlights the teams with the <strong>best balance of form and fixtures</strong> going forward.</em></p>
<p>I've also included my top three transfer targets for <strong>Gameweek 16</strong>. The FPL fixtures chart uses the <strong><a href="https://cms.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/fixture-ticker/">Hub's fixture ticker</a></strong>, focusing on <strong>attack</strong> for the <strong>next four Gameweeks</strong>.</p>
<p>Similarly, the form charts also take attack into account. It studies the number of <strong>goals scored per game</strong>, whilst reflecting the site ticker's format.</p>

<h2 style="text-align: left;">Who has the Best Attacking Fixtures? - FPL Gameweek 16</h2>

<p>It's a good day in FPL terms when the best attacking teams in the Premier League ascend to the top of the fixtures, with <strong>Liverpool </strong>narrowly taking the top spot from <strong>Manchester City. Burnley </strong>complete the top three with a significant gap then to the rest of their rivals.</p>
<p>We are at the point in the season where we ought to consider a triple up on both <strong>Liverpool </strong>and <strong>Manchester City, </strong>with cheaper options such as <strong>Diogo Jota (£8.0m) </strong>and <strong>Bernardo (£7.5m) </strong>showing plenty of form at the moment - they've got four goals apiece over the last four.</p>
<p>Recommendations from Burnley are harder to come by, with no goals in their last two games and starlet <strong>Maxwell Cornet (£6.1m) </strong>currently flagged with an injury. Striker <strong>Chris Wood (£6.7m) </strong>has just three goals in this campaign.</p>
<p>Unfortunately <strong>Leeds United </strong>are way off the bottom with a truly horrible looking quartet of fixtures, including Chelsea, Manchester City and Liverpool. It's no wonder fantasy managers are looking to offload <strong>Raphinha (£6.7) </strong>to firing assets with better fixtures.</p>

<h2 style="text-align: left;">Who has the Best Form? - FPL Gameweek 16 Fixtures</h2>

<p><b>Liverpool's </b>reign at the top of the chart continues, after they crawled over the line with a late goal at Wolves last weekend. Their 13 goals over the course of the last four games is being closely matched though: title rivals<strong> Manchester City</strong> have 10 goals over the same period, with <strong>Spurs</strong> scoring seven goals in three under their new manager Antonio Conte.</p>
<p>All of them are on a winning streak, but there's likely huge headaches to come this week for owners of Spurs players, with news of a COVID-19 outbreak in their camp. Perhaps they should be avoided for the time being, with a closer look at the press conferences.</p>
<p>Now could be the time to start considering a double up on the Manchester City midfield: <strong>Kevin De Bruyne (£11.8m) </strong>returned from injury at the weekend and could be the one to go for when at full fitness. In the meantime, <strong>Phil Foden </strong>is back leading the line, grabbing an assist from four key passes against Watford.</p>
