<h2>FPL Gameweek 17: Teams and fixtures to target</h2>

<p>These will change throughout the week, so check the site and our Ultimate Guide closer to the deadline for an up-to-date picture.</p>
<h3>⚽ Target for goals: Manchester City, Bournemouth and Brighton</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Manchester City: 2.96 v West Ham (H)</strong></li>
<li><strong>Bournemouth: 2.15 v Burnley (H)</strong></li>
<li><strong>Brighton: 1.91 v Sunderland (H)</strong></li>
</ul>
<p>City's opponents West Ham have shown signs of improvement but they’re still not defensively solid and City’s consistent lineups are paying dividends as the team is operating as a cohesive unit.</p>
<p>Bournemouth have a great fixture against Burnley but tend to prefer playing on the counter rather than against a deep block.</p>
<p>Sunderland’s defensive stats are misleading and I don’t think Brighton will find it as comfortable as the odds indicate.</p>

<h3>💪 Clean sheets: Arsenal, Manchester City and Bournemouth</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Arsenal: 42% v Everton (A)</strong></li>
<li><strong>Manchester City: 42% v West Ham (H)</strong></li>
<li><strong>Bournemouth: 40% v Burnley (H)</strong></li>
</ul>
<p>Arsenal’s clean sheets odds are consistently over 40% but Everton away won’t be easy and Arsenal don’t seem quite the same without their first-choice central defensive pairing.</p>
<p>City are vulnerable on the break and Crystal Palace constantly tore them apart last week. The Hammers have a few players with similar attributes who could hurt them.</p>
<p>Burnley don’t really carry any attacking threat but you never really feel confident Bournemouth will keep a clean sheet.</p>

<h2>FPL Gameweek 17: Players to target</h2>
<p>Here's my top five players to target with their opponents' weaknesses in mind.</p>
<h3>🥇<strong>Harry Wilson (v Nottingham Forest)</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Target: Set-pieces and zonal match-up</strong></p>
<p>Is it a week too late for Wilson? Only time will tell.</p>
<p>Luckily, I got on him early and on current form this could be another Jesse Lingard (or more recently Jacob Murphy) purple patch experience where you should jump on and enjoy the points.</p>
<p>Forest concede the most shots from his side and they’re terrible at defending set-pieces. He doesn’t have much pace but his delivery is excellent and he can take his chances.</p>

<h3>🥈<strong>Evanilson (v Burnley)</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Target: Big chances and aerial threat from set-pieces</strong></p>
<p>Bournemouth’s attacking stats are strong and they face one of the league’s whipping boys.</p>
<p>The logical choice would be <strong>Antoine Semenyo</strong> and he does have the zonal match-up.</p>
<p>But it’s Evanilson who tends to register the most big chances during a game. In addition, he’s more of an aerial threat.</p>
<p>The goal against United just might be the catalyst for a return to form.</p>
