<h2>FPL Gameweek 23 tips: Top transfer targets</h2>
<p><strong>Phil Foden </strong>is the most-sold player again this week as his run of blanks continued in Gameweek 22.</p>
<p>FPL managers may also be worried about the potential for rotation given City&#8217;s recent struggles, however a start for the Englishman could see him end his poor form if the goal projections prove accurate.</p>
<p>Next week feels like a better exit point, however sellers could be rewarded if Foden is benched.</p>
<p>New teammate <strong>Marc Guehi </strong>is the second most transferred-out player, but he could go straight into City&#8217;s starting 11 given their shortage of fit defenders.</p>
<p><strong>Bruno Fernandes </strong>is the most popular transfer in, with a tricky fixture failing to put off more than 440,000 managers.</p>
