<h2>Best FPL replacements for Cunha and Mateta</h2>
<p>The FA Cup action last weekend wasn't kind for fantasy managers who now face an injury crisis in their forward lines.</p>
<p>Wolves striker Cunha was sent off and is expected to face an FA ban for at least the next three gameweeks.</p>
<p>He could face a longer suspension after being charged with acting in an 'improper manner' following his dismissal - and it's not the first time the Brazilian has faced FA charges this season either.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, Mateta is likely to miss Gameweek 28 as he recovers from a head injury, with his side also without a fixture in Blank Gameweek 29.</p>
<p>Owners of this duo should now be looking to sell, with plenty of replacements worthy of consideration for transfers in.</p>
<p>Any manager who still doesn't own <strong>Chris Wood </strong>should look to invest, with the Nottingham Forest striker managing 18 goals this season.</p>

<p>He has the recent form, with five goal involvements in the last four gameweeks, although faces a tricky entry point as Manchester City visit the City Ground.</p>
<p>Another option is Brentford striker <strong>Yoane Wissa</strong>, who has scored in consecutive games against Everton and Leicester, with 12 goals for the season.</p>
<p>Brentford's fixtures are becoming more difficult, with Aston Villa, Bournemouth, Newcastle and Chelsea in the next four gameweeks, so I wouldn't recommend doubling up on their attack if you have <strong>Bryan Mbeumo</strong> too.</p>
<p>A transfer in the forward line could be used to acquire <strong>Erling Haaland (£14.9m) </strong>ahead of Blank Gameweek 29, where he's set to be the captain favourite for the visit of Brighton.</p>
<p>If you can afford to bench Mateta or Cunha this week, then you could free up funds from elsewhere in order to bring in the City talisman for next week.</p>
