<h2><strong>Individual player stats - sorted by expected points (xPts)</strong></h2>
<p>This has excluded the players who blank and it’s a bit of a mixed bag.</p>
<p><strong>Erling Haaland</strong> doesn’t look worth it based on his stats, none of the other Manchester City players stand out and both of the main Manchester United options have terrible stats.</p>

<h2><strong>FPL Blank Gameweek 29 fixtures analysed</strong></h2>
<h3>Everton v West Ham</h3>
<h4>Last match</h4>
<p>This was drafted before the West Ham v Newcastle match. Everton created the better chances against Wolves and were unlucky to only draw. It’s been noticeable under David Moyes that there seems to be more of an onus to attack and they don’t appear as solid defensively as they were previously.</p>
<h4>Head to head</h4>
<p>The reverse fixture ended 0-0. This match will have some additional spice though given Moyes left West Ham feeling a little disrespected for what he achieved there.</p>
<h4>Additional factors to consider</h4>
<p>To illustrate the comments above, you can see that Everton are averaging a reasonable 1.86 goals per game, although their xG is lagging behind.</p>
<p>West Ham’s xG is poor. Both sides seem to score more at home. West Ham have only scored 14 in 13 away games.</p>
<p>Contrary to what I mentioned above, Everton’s xGC is very strong. West Ham’s is reasonable too and they concede less away from home as well.</p>
<p>This strikes me as a cagey affair and the odds indicate a 1-1.</p>
<p>Everton concede the most shots from the right and centre. They can struggle defending set-pieces.</p>
<p>West Ham concede a high volume of big chances and shots in the box. They’re poor at defending headed attempts and allow the most shots from their right - the second most in the league.</p>
<p>The Everton positional weaknesses should favour <strong>Jarrod Bowen</strong> and<strong> Mohammed Kudus</strong> and both aren’t bad in the air. <strong>Beto</strong> has the best match-up for Everton.</p>
<p>West Ham have conceded three penalties and won three to Everton’s two conceded and one, won this season.</p>

<p>Ipswich held their own against Palace but didn’t quite have enough. It illustrated that they’re not as bad as the other two promoted sides when it comes to getting thrashed.</p>
<p>Forest will be flying after defeating Manchester City however.</p>
<h4>Head to head</h4>
<p>Forest won the reverse fixture 1-0 thanks to a penalty from Wood.</p>
