<p>This week brings us crashing back to earth after a chip-fuelled binge in recent weeks.</p>
<p>Last week’s article identified several standout Free Hit picks who would have delivered handsomely if you backed them.</p>
<p>Now, with just four gameweeks to go, it’s time to finish the season on a high because only your final rank really matters.</p>
<p>So who should you target for this decisive run in?</p>

<h2><strong>FPL Gameweek 35: Clean sheet and goalscoring odds</strong></h2>
<p>As ever, these spread odds from <a href="https://x.com/robtFPL" target="_blank" rel="noopener">RobtFPL on X</a> are a great tool to project goals and clean sheets.</p>
<p>We can see Manchester City are expected to score the most goals this week, with them and Everton the most likely to manage a clean sheet.</p>

<h2><strong>Team attacking stats - sorted by expected goals (xG)</strong></h2>
<p>All stats were taken on Monday prior to the completion of Gameweek 34.</p>
<p>Liverpool, Aston Villa, Newcastle and City look to be the attacks to target, followed by Brighton and Bournemouth.</p>
<p>The key question is whether Liverpool will drop off now the title is won? The others - especially those chasing a Champions League place - still have a lot to play for.</p>

<p>Targeting the now relegated sides is a no-brainer at this stage but there are a few other options worth considering.</p>
<p>Spurs are terrible, while Crystal Palace and Brighton are also worth keeping an eye on.</p>

<p>Salah still sits at the top and never switches off but his actual points accumulated recently has been far from spectacular.</p>

<h2><strong>FPL Gameweek 35 fixtures analysed</strong></h2>
<h3>Manchester City v Wolves</h3>
<h4>Last match</h4>
<p>Wolves are on an amazing run and have catapulted themselves from a relegation battle to potentially ending mid-table.</p>
<p>City rotated their attack in their FA Cup Semi Final, which makes it difficult to predict their lineups, and progressed to another Final.</p>
<h4>Head to head</h4>
<p>City won the reverse fixture 1-2 thanks to goals from their defenders. Wolves have changed manager since.</p>
<p>City’s record against Wolves at the Etihad is strong - they’ve only scored fewer than three times in one of the last four.</p>
<h4>Additional factors to consider</h4>
<p>City’s recent attacking stats are good. They’re creating plenty of big chances and starting to return to form. They have the best home xG in the league - 39 goals in 17.</p>
<p>Wolves' recent xGC is reasonable, as are their away stats over the season. They have conceded 32 goals in 17 matches though, which is close to a two per game average.</p>
<p>As good as Wolves have been, City are too strong at home. The stats suggest they will score a few and come away with three points.</p>
<p>Wolves concede the most chances from wide areas as they push their wing-backs high. They can also struggle to defend crosses.</p>
<p>The hard part is identifying who will actually start in attack for City. The wide forwards both have a good match-up but it’s unclear who they will be.</p>
<p>You’d expect <strong>Kevin De Bruyne</strong> to be reinstated and his set-piece monopoly provides a strong route to points. He also has an excellent track record against Wolves.</p>
<p>Wolves have actually conceded the second most penalties in the league (eight). City have only won three but it’s an additional element that could weigh in <strong>Omar Marmoush’s</strong> favour when we consider captaincy later in the week.</p>
<p>Vitor Pereira's side are safe in the league and don’t really have anything to play for, whereas City are still in a battle for a Champions League place. They can’t afford to drop points.</p>

<p>Villa were uncharacteristically thrashed in their FA Cup semi-final and will be licking their wounds now.</p>
<p>Fulham have dropped off massively recently and were reliant on a last-minute goal to beat Southampton.</p>
<h4>Head to head</h4>
<p>Villa won the reverse fixture 1-3 thanks to goals from <strong>Ollie Watkins</strong> and <strong>Morgan Rogers</strong>. Both are very enticing options for the run in.</p>
