<p style="font-weight: 400;">It seems like an eternity ago, but I decided to <strong>wildcard</strong> at the eleventh hour in the previous Gameweek. I had triple Man United, and with doubts regarding the availability of my players and the lack of a decent bench, I thought it would be a good opportunity to wildcard.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">I accumulated 60 points which meant that I achieved<strong> my best Gameweek rank</strong> of the season. I had a <strong>Gameweek rank of 186,239 </strong>and <strong>my overall rank rose from 410,506 to 167,238. </strong>Needless to say, I am extremely happy with how things have gone as the wildcard has brought my season back on track.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">A large part of that was down to the fact that all three of the <strong>Manchester United</strong> assets that I sold on wildcard flopped while the differentials that I brought in performed very well. <strong>César Azpilicueta (£6.1m), Raul Jimenéz (£7.5m) and Bryan Mbeumo (£5.5m) were the star performers </strong>for me. Neither of these were owned by more than 10% of FPL managers at the start of last Gameweek, which is why I shot up the ranks.</p>
