Brentford are an interesting team right now for fantasy football purposes.
The Bees’ form is choppy in the Premier League &#8211; but they have the league’s joint-third best attack (19 goals) and a favourable run when it comes to Fantasy Premier League (FPL) fixtures.
Brentford’s next three games have all been given a Fixture Difficulty Rating (FDR) of 2. This run includes two matches at the Gtech Community Stadium, with Brentford unbeaten at home in the league this season.
Thomas Frank currently has seven players with FPL form of 3.0 or higher. <a href="https://www.squawka.com/en/">Squawka</a> took a look at the top five and gave verdicts on whether to sign or avoid them.

<h3>Bryan Mbeumo</h3>

Mbeumo has been a star man for Brentford this season. with returns in six of his 10 games.
Only two midfielders have more points than Mbeumo’s 71 in FPL and the Cameroonian has eight goals in total. 
In his last three appearances, Mbeumo has scored 20 points. It’s worth noting 15 of those came against Ipswich but that shouldn’t put you off.
He has attacking returns in all five home games this season. 
Mbeumo is owned by 41.6% of FPL players. Sign, sign, sign.

<h3>Vitaly Janelt</h3>

Janelt is on this list because he’s earned 16 points from his last three matches, with a goal against Fulham and an assist against Ipswich.
 The simple fact of his position as a DM suggests this is unsustainable though and we can’t recommend him. 
Janelt averages 0.88 touches in the opposition’s box and 8.03 passes completed in the final third, both average. 
Over the last three matches, he’s averaged 0.04 expected goals (xG) and 0.12 expected assists (xA) per 90 minutes.
That’s why he’s one to avoid for us. He didn’t earn any attacking returns in of his first six matches this season. 
And as he isn’t on set-pieces either, your chances of an assist aren’t great.

There are only two Brentford forward options in FPL, and one is recovering from a long-term injury. 
The other is Wissa, who’s had a strong but injury hit season. 
Wissa has played seven of Brentford’s 10 games so far, missing three through an ankle problem. On his return. he played 24 minutes against Manchester United and so only managed one FPL point, reducing his form rating.
 Overall though, he has produced attacking returns in four of his six starts.
His last haul was a goal and an assist against Ipswich. Like Mbeumo, Wissa has delivered in all of his home appearances this season. In fact, five of his six goal involvements have come at home. 
He is another to sign for those who have a forward slot to fill.

Damsgaard is one of the <a href="https://www.squawka.com/en/features/premier-league-best-midfielders-right-now/">best central midfielders in the Premier League</a> right now. 
His per-90 averages are in the top 20 percentile for a number of metrics: Big chances created (0.64), possessions won in the attacking third (1.02), tackles won (1.57) and take-ons completed (1.28). 
Some of these figures don’t really translate to FPL of course but over the season, Damsgaard has provided three assists.
He hasn’t recorded an attacking return since but that wasn’t for a lack of trying. Damgaard had 0.65 expected goal involvement against Ipswich and has created five chances from set plays in total. 
Owned by 0.6% of FPL managers, he could be a good one to sign for a differential pick or budget enabler.

Lewis-Potter has managed 10 points from his last three games, with an attacking return against Ipswich
That came from a penalty won, as Lewis-Potter ran Harry Clarke ragged, also getting the Ipswich man sent off. But Lewis-Potter’s performances are too inconsistent.
He has two assists this season but has created just six chances.
 In front of goal, he has a 13% conversion rate from big chances since the start of last season, the worst of any Premier League player to attempt 10. You might want to avoid him.
