<h2>FPL Gameweek 16 haulers</h2>
<h3>🥇 Callum Hudson-Odoi (£5.7m) &#8211; 19 points</h3>
<p>Hudson Odoi&#8217;s brace and assist against Spurs was the first time this season the Nottingham Forest man has managed multiple returns in a single game.</p>
<p>While his second goal was arguably somewhat fortunate, his overall display was excellent and he was a constant threat on the left for Forest.</p>
<p>The fixtures aren&#8217;t ideal for a punt despite the £5.7m price tag, and Forest will be missing some key players with AFCON just around the corner, including this week&#8217;s second-highest scorer.</p>

<p>AFCON-bound Sangare put in an all-action performance against Spurs, and he capped off his display with an outstanding long range effort after being teed up by Hudson-Odoi.</p>
<p>The Ivory Coast international wasn&#8217;t afraid to surge forward into attacking spaces, and set up Forest&#8217;s first goal with some useful pressing from the front.</p>
<p>He was tied for points this week by Chelsea right-back <strong>Malo Gusto</strong>, with the Blues opting to use captain <strong>Reece James </strong>in midfield while Gusto bagged a goal and assist.</p>

<p>Setting up a couple and scoring another, Wilson delivered for those who took a punt on the Welshman against Burnley.</p>
<p>Wilson&#8217;s first assist came from a corner, while his open play threat was also on show, providing good value for the reasonable price tag.</p>
<p>Fulham have a decent pair of fixtures on the horizon, and Wilson may end up being a popular midfield enabler for managers looking to splash the cash elsewhere.</p>

<p><strong>Bukayo Saka </strong>and<strong> Phil Foden</strong> rewarded backers in midfield, with Saka awarded assists for two own goals.</p>
<p>Foden impressed again with a long range goal, while teammate <strong>Rayan Cherki </strong>remains heavily involved with five assists in his last three starts.</p>

<p>Meanwhile forwards <strong>Erling Haaland </strong>and<strong> Hugo Ekitike</strong> both struck twice for 13 points, with the Norwegian beginning to look fixture-proof in the wake of Manchester City&#8217;s 3-0 win at Selhurst Park.</p>
<p>In-form Ekitike could be worth a look for Liverpool&#8217;s upcoming run too, although he will face stiff competition from <strong>Alexander Isak </strong>unless Arne Slot deploys the two strikers together.</p>

<h3>Brentford assets blank at both ends</h3>
<p>A late concession capped off a disappointing day at the office for those who went big on Brentford assets this week.</p>
<p>The Bees&#8217; goal in the 1-1 draw with Leeds was scored by <strong>Jordan Henderson </strong>and set up by substitute <strong>Rico Henry</strong>, while <strong>Calvert-Lewin</strong> notched a late goal to prevent the likes of <strong>Nathan Collins </strong>picking up clean sheet points.</p>
<p>There were plenty of defensive contribution points to be had however, so there was some respite for owners of Collins and <strong>Sepp van Den Berg </strong>who are both among the regular recipients.</p>

<h2>FPL Gameweek 16 heartbreakers</h2>
<h3>Arsenal concede late, now just one clean sheet in six</h3>
<p>One clean sheet in six perhaps doesn&#8217;t tell the full story of Arsenal&#8217;s defensive performances, but there will be frustration once again for those who went heavy on Gunners defensive assets against Wolves.</p>
<p>Piero Hincapie picked up defensive contribution points for those who took a gamble on the Ecuadorian, but it was otherwise a disappointing display for their assets &#8211; Saka&#8217;s brace of assists aside.</p>
<p>There is no reason to panic given Arsenal&#8217;s upcoming fixtures however, with Brighton and Aston Villa both travelling to the Emirates in the next three.</p>
