<p>Liverpool top the Hub's <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/fixture-ticker">fixture ticker</a> for this week, fresh from a much-needed 0-2 away victory at West Ham.</p>
<p>Manchester United also got back to winning ways at the weekend and now host the Hammers at Old Trafford.</p>
<p>Bournemouth, Arsenal and Crystal Palace are among the other top-rated teams - although Palace are likely to be without one of their star players <strong>Ismaila Sarr</strong>, who picked up an injury against the Red Devils.</p>

<p>Liverpool remain top of the ticker over an extended period, leading the way for the next five gameweeks with three appealing home fixtures.</p>
<p>The top positions are dominated by big teams, including Newcastle, Arsenal, Bournemouth and the two Manchester clubs.</p>

<p><strong>Erling Haaland </strong>has a narrower lead than usual at the top of the Hub AI <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/predictions">predicted points</a> list, with City travelling to Fulham.</p>
<p><strong>Bukayo Saka </strong>looks to be an alternative captaincy candidate and is one predicted point ahead of <strong>Bryan Mbeumo</strong>.</p>
<p><strong>Bruno Fernandes </strong>has a near-identical projection to his teammate, so those looking for a United player for the armband have a close call to make.</p>

<p>Haaland opens up a wider gap between him and the rest up to Gameweek 18, with Saka second again due to Salah's upcoming involvement in the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).</p>
<p><strong>Declan Rice </strong>is a notable addition in the top 10, rising to fourth overall.</p>
<p>Three midfielders and seven forwards take the top spots.</p>

<h2>Should the Wildcard or Free Hit be played in FPL Gameweek 14?</h2>
<p>A flurry of chips were played last week, including the Free Hit.</p>
<p>While there's a case to be made for the Free Hit, particularly if tripled up on Manchester City players, it lacks a fixture with two top teams clashing to avoid like Gameweek 13 did.</p>
<p>Wildcard may be an option with plenty of solid sides at the top of the ticker but FPL managers should take into account their transfer position.</p>
<p>In the majority of cases, using up all remaining moves before everyone gets topped up to the maximum of five free transfers in Gameweek 16 is wise.</p>
<p>Those with multiple transfers in hand may struggle to use them in the next two gameweeks if they press the Wildcard button now.</p>
<p>Waiting until Gameweek 16 or later could instead help conserve the topped-up transfers for longer.</p>
