<h2>Early thoughts</h2>
<p>Overall, I like most of the rule changes being brought in for this season, which I think will increase engagement and fun across the game.</p>
<p>There are new things to consider when building a squad. A wider player pool to pick from with greater routes to points is likely to favour engaged managers.</p>
<p>Tight pricing also looks like it will force us to make 'either/or' choices on premium players. Strategies will also diverge straight away with eight chips now to play! I'm glad the Assistant Manager has gone too.</p>
