<p>A strong opening week for my FPL team.</p>
<p>I made a late decision to wait on <strong>James Maddison (£7.5m)</strong> in midfield, instead choosing an Arsenal and Manchester United double-up. Most of the popular midfield options either returned or gave strong performances.</p>

<p>Having gone for three 'triple-ups' with Brighton, Arsenal and Manchester United - I was pleased that all these sides won their matches. Manchester United looked below-par, but it is important not to place too much emphasis on one week of information!</p>
