We take a look at the team of the week for Round 5, which took place before the women&#8217;s international break, before featuring the best players for Round 6 on Sunday (November 12).

<h2>ShePlays WSL Round 5 team of the week</h2>
Another successful week for Chelsea saw four players make the ShePlays WSL Fantasy team of the round. 
Brighton saw two players make the squad following their clash with Manchester United.
 Three players from the team of the week in Round 4 appear in this week&#8217;s team &#8211; Eve Perisset, Grace Clinton and Marie Hobinger. 
The team lines up in a 5-3-2 formation, showing the quality in the defensive lines.
Niamh Charles was the top scorer, totalling 24 points. In Chelsea’s 6-0 defeat over Aston Villa, she scored the final goal and played all 90 minutes. 
This squad would have scored 202 fantasy points, with a total cost of £4,350,000.

<h3>Marie Hobinger (£200,000) &#8211; Liverpool</h3>
Fixture: Tottenham Hotspur (A)
Three times in the team of the week, Hobinger has earned 54 fantasy points so far. 
Since signing for Liverpool in the summer of 2023, she has been a consistent player for her team. 
She has featured in all her team&#8217;s matches, scoring three goals. In their 2-1 defeat of Leicester in Round 5, she secured the three points for Liverpool, scoring their winning goal.
At only 22 years of age, she has made 32 appearances for her country, Austria, scoring seven goals. She has the versatility to play in midfield, as well as further forward, but has played midfield in all games for Liverpool &#8211; apart from their two meetings with Leicester, where she started at centre-forward.
This weekend, Liverpool travel to London to face Tottenham Hotspur. Sitting on equal points, the Reds will hope to find a win to take Spurs’ third-place position in the league table.
<h3>Chloe Kelly (£800,000) &#8211; Manchester City</h3>
Fixture: Brighton (H)
Kelly has been an influential player for City so far this season, scoring three goals. In Round 5, she scored City’s only goal in their 2-1 defeat against Arsenal.
This season, Kelly has earned 54 ShePlays points. Last season, she scored five goals for City and earned 266 fantasy points. 
She poses a goal threat and can create goal opportunities from the wing position when called upon.
City face Brighton at home this weekend.

<h3>Millie Bright (£800,000) &#8211; Chelsea</h3>
Fixture: Everton (A)
Chelsea captain Bright has made four full-match appearances for Chelsea, only leaving the pitch as a substitute in their 6-0 win over Aston Villa in Round 5.
Bright is an integral player for Chelsea, entering her 10th season with the club, offering goalscoring threat alongside her defensive capabilities. 
This weekend, Chelsea face Everton at Walton Hall Park, Liverpool. It&#8217;s a game Chelsea are expected to win. 
The Blues currently sit top of the table and will be looking to increase their lead over Manchester City.
<h3>Khiara Keating (£150,000) &#8211; Manchester City</h3>
Fixture: Brighton (H)
Young talent Keating has been a regular for City this season. At only 19 years of age, she has proved her ability as a goalkeeper, making many crucial saves, including keeping out a penalty in Round 5 against Arsenal. 
Making eight appearances for Manchester City since returning from loan in April, Keating earned her first England senior call up in the last international break, evidence of the great performances she has had this season.
At only £150,000, Keating is a low-cost option for a goalkeeper who has made consistent appearances so far this season.
<h3>Martha Thomas (£400,000) &#8211; Tottenham Hotspur</h3>
Fixture: Liverpool (H)
Moving from Manchester United to Spurs in the summer transfer window, Thomas has made an excellent start to the season. 
So far, she has accumulated 70 ShePlays fantasy points. Her team currently sit third in the league and she has played an influential part in their success, scoring six goals. 
Thomas has featured in two teams of the week. She has appeared in all WSL matches this season, making full-match appearances.
