<p>A couple of surprising results this week. I thought Liverpool had shown signs of recovery and would have comfortably won at home to Leeds and that Chelsea would beat Brighton.</p>
<p>I thought Brighton, without a win under their new manager, may struggle against a quality team but this definitely wasn’t the case. All the other top teams won as expected, although Spurs did struggle away to Bournemouth.</p>
<p>The picture at the bottom of the league is still unclear and any team that puts a couple of wins together can feel comfortable going into the new year.</p>
<p>I’m pleased my team Crystal Palace picked up another home win and a valuable three points. With it looking like it will be very close at the bottom this season, it’ll be interesting to see how teams will react in the January transfer window.</p>
<h2><strong>Sky team of the week</strong></h2>
<p>The top-scoring team in Sky for Gameweek 13 managed 166 points, which may have been aided with a few transfers.</p>
<p>My team of the week would have scored 180 and is below:</p>

<h2><strong>Sky bonus points</strong></h2>
<p>The bonus points achieved by each team this week was as follows:</p>

<p>Liverpool had the most bonus awards, though Manchester City once again were ahead on passing bonus.</p>
<p>There were three teams to avoid, with each picking up just one bonus award. They were West Ham, Nottingham Forest and Leicester, who all had difficult fixtures.</p>
<p>The bonus for the season is as follows:</p>

<p>City continue to lead the way in bonus awards and it is clear Liverpool are a clear second before a drop-off to third and a slow decline thereafter.</p>
<p>Leicester, Brighton and Leeds are the non-big teams at the top of the table, which may make their players more attractive, and Arsenal are the only top team near the relegation zone for bonus awards.</p>
<p>The distribution of bonus award is as follows:</p>

<p>A totals of 28% of awards come from passing, 30% tackling, 26% shooting and 16% from saves.</p>
<p>The above statistics are based on the number of bonuses a team achieves, the next chart is about the number of bonuses a team concedes:</p>

<p>Manchester United now concede the least bonus awards closely followed by City, Brighton and Arsenal.</p>
<p>This is worth bearing in mind if your captain are playing any of these teams.</p>
<p>A table of bonuses by player is pictured below:</p>

<p><strong>Rodri (£9.1m)</strong> moved joint-top of the bonus points for the season, joining <strong>Alexis Mac Allister (£7.4m)</strong> on 30 points.</p>
<p><strong>David Raya (£6.7m)</strong> and <strong>Tyler Adams (£7.3m)</strong> are two players who are performing well for bonus from the smaller clubs, with 27 and 26 points respectively.</p>
