<h2><b>Sky Fantasy Football Gameweek 18 Review</b></h2>
<p>After holding <strong>Bryan Mbeumo</strong> for what seemed to be an eternity for a string of two pointers it was great to see him land a 20 point captaincy on Friday night.</p>
<p>Owners deserved that last minute penalty. I also brought <strong>Dennis</strong> into one of my teams and was delighted with his goal. Nigeria have however now sacked their manager so Dennis not being picked for AFCON due to a fall out with the boss may no longer be the case.</p>
<p>Time will tell on that one although he's now in 28% of the top 1000 teams so it certainly hasn't put people off.</p>
<p>Saturday was a pretty good day for most, a clean sheet for Manchester City and Liverpool, even Arsenal for who many own <strong>Aaron Ramsdale</strong>.</p>
<p>Chelsea continue to frustrate defensively. <strong>Antonio Rudiger</strong> with two assists and a man of the match resulting in a ten pointer made up for the two goals conceded. <strong>Alonso</strong> owners would have been pleased with the assist whilst a <strong>Reece James yellow</strong> meant he finished the game on 0 points, a terrible run of just two points in his last four games. He earned 60 in the previous four games!</p>
<p>Sunday wasn't the best day for me, I brought in <strong>Antonio and Bowen</strong> into each team respectively, taking the armband off <strong>Gallagher</strong> and they both ended up with two points whilst Gallagher smashed in 22 points with two goals, man of the match and achieved tackle and shots bonus.</p>
<p>It's frustrating to throw away 22 points by choosing the wrong captain but you can't hit every right call all season.</p>
<p><strong>Youri Tielemans</strong> made an instant impact on his Premier League return with 17 points and <strong>James Maddison</strong> finished with 19 points. I did look at both of these late on Sunday but with a bit of doubt about Spurs v Leicester going ahead and Leicester being a bit patchy form wise I decided to stick with Bowen and Antonio rather than either of the Leicester duo.</p>
<p>The Spurs v Brighton postponement meant I could finally <strong>shift on Harry Kane</strong> who has single handedly ruined most of our seasons.</p>
<p>Manchester City hit Leeds for seven, those that brought in <strong>Bernardo Silva</strong> frustrated as he went off at half time for a two pointer. <strong>Rodri and Dias captainers</strong> would have have been happy enough with their returns. Those that made a move for <strong>Ollie Watkins</strong> were rewarded with a 13 pointer.</p>
<p><strong>Conor Gallagher</strong> couldn’t keep up the fantastic form with a two pointer v Southampton. The late postponement of Burnley v Watford would have disappointed <strong>Dennis owners</strong> and some may have even been tempted to captain the Nigerian.</p>
<p>Another clean sheet for <strong>Aaron Ramsdale</strong>, more disappointment for <strong>Antonio and Bowen</strong> owners, even <strong>Declan Rice</strong> has had a quiet few weeks with two points in each of his last four games.</p>
<p><strong>Emile Smith-Rowe</strong> owners were rewarded with a late substitute goal as the last bit of action of the Wednesday night matches.</p>

<h2>Covid Impact</h2>
<p>The games getting called off this week and even doubts for the weekend clearly aren't ideal. Many, myself included were banking on a <strong>Ronaldo captaincy </strong>on Tuesday night.</p>
<p>Then as the Brentford v Manchester United game was called off left many without an option given <strong>Cancelo's</strong> suspension. I was just hoping that <strong>Dias</strong> would start.</p>
<p>We can't predict what will happen but I think I will hold off making moves as I've just brought in <strong>Bowen and Antonio</strong> as mentioned above and if West Ham's game v Norwich gets called off Saturday that's been a real waste of a move, even more so that because I took the captaincy of <strong>Gallagher</strong> on Sunday after bringing them in so I'm 20 points down already.</p>
<p>The Burnley v Watford game being postponed at two hours notice was unbelievable really. Even worse for match going fans who had made the trip.</p>

<h2><b>Sky Fantasy Football Gameweek 19 Preview</b></h2>
<p>There are only two gamedays this weekend so on Saturday I will most likely captain <strong>Bowen or Antonio</strong> v Norwich (if that's on) and if that isn't on I'll captain either <strong>Gallagher or Dennis</strong> as they face each other. Brighton vs Manchester United has been postponed.</p>
