<h2><strong>Sky team of the week</strong></h2>
<p>The top scorer in Sky Gameweek 1 managed 180 points, which may have been aided with a few transfers.</p>
<p>This was not quite the perfect team however, and my team of the week would have scored 203 points.</p>

<h2><strong>Sky bonus points</strong></h2>
<p>Where possible, this season I’ll be taking information from the excellent <a href="https://www.ffstuff.co.uk">FFStuff</a>, partner of the Hub.</p>
<p>The bonus points achieved by each team in Gameweek 1 is listed below.</p>
<p>There is very little insight that can be gained through the data in the first few weeks, due it being such a small sample size that will depend on teams' opponents.</p>
<p>The most interesting observation from Gameweek 1 was Chelsea achieving 11 passing points against Liverpool.</p>
<p>I don’t know whether this was due to Chelsea being good and to expect similar returns in the future or if Liverpool changed their style of play for this game.</p>
<p>Both these teams are worth tracking. Manchester United were very disappointing, picking up no passing bonus at home to Wolves.</p>

<h3>Sky player bonus points</h3>
<p><strong>Rodri (£9.4m)</strong> was top last season for bonus points and is already ahead of the field, picking up tier two in all three categories - passing, tackling and shooting.</p>
<p>Three other players who could be worth monitoring for bonus this season are <strong>Declan Rice (£8.1m)</strong> of Arsenal, <strong>Enzo Fernandez (£8.4m)</strong> and <strong>Yves Bissouma (£7.3m)</strong>.</p>
<p>Rice nearly matched Rodri's full house of tier-two bonuses in his first league start for Arsenal, falling just short on tackles.</p>
<p>Chelsea's Fernandez completed 85 passes, while Bissouma managed a huge 107 and was just one tackle short of bonus too.</p>
